• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Lead, train, and manage the performance of the sales team.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for each service category.
Business Development
• Expand the company’s market presence across Iraq.
• Build relationships with key clients, government entities, and oil & gas companies.
• Develop partnerships with global vendors such as DJI, Axis, SAP, Oracle, Adobe.
Commercial & Financial Activities
• Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and tender responses.
• Review pricing, cost analysis, and profit margins.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and new business sectors.
Reporting & Compliance
• Submit professional management reports (weekly/monthly).
• Review CRM entries, sales forecasts, and pipeline performance.
• Ensure all sales operations comply with ISO standards and company procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years experience in telecom/IT/security/software sales.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving large targets.
• Strong English communication and business writing skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise solutions and technical products.
