Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment
  • Support and execute recruitment processes (screening, coordination, onboarding)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Maintain and update HR systems, employee files, and documentation
  • Coordinate performance management processes and appraisals
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
  • Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 7 years of HR experience
  • Strong background in HR operations & employee relations
  • Experience in oil & gas or similar industries (preferred)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Male candidates preferred
