Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee all security operations including access control, surveillance systems, patrols, and incident response protocols to ensure comprehensive protection of organizational assets and personnel

  • Design, establish, and maintain security procedures and policies aligned with company standards and local regulatory requirements in Baghdad, Iraq
  • Conduct regular and thorough risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend proactive solutions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and crises; document all occurrences with accuracy and transparency
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise security personnel to ensure consistent performance standards, accountability, and professional growth
  • Monitor adherence to health, safety, and security regulations; maintain documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
  • Work closely with operations, human resources, and facility management teams to integrate security seamlessly into daily organizational activities
  • Oversee budget allocation, vendor management, and procurement of security equipment and services to optimize operational efficiency
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches, thefts, or policy violations with objectivity and discretion
  • Develop and execute emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and ensure all personnel understand evacuation and crisis procedures
  • Ensure proper maintenance, updates, and optimization of security technology and systems

  • Hands-on operational approach with active field presence and engagement
  • Experience in incident investigation, documentation, and reporting

  • Knowledge of local security regulations and requirements in Baghdad, Iraq
