Abwaab | Sales Operations & Follow-Up Officer 


Location - Baghdad, Iraq


Role Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Follow-Up Officer to support our in-house sales operations team. This role is ideal for junior candidates or fresh graduates looking to build experience in sales operations, reporting, customer follow-up, and business coordination within a fast-paced environment.


The role will focus on following up on sales orders, subscriptions, customer payments, and operational activities while supporting reporting and coordination across the sales function. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, communicative, and comfortable working with data, trackers, and operational follow-up tasks.


Responsibilities:


Sales Operations & Order Follow-Up:


  • Follow up on sales orders, subscriptions, and customer requests to ensure smooth operational execution.


  • Track customer subscriptions, renewals, and payment statuses.


  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper processing and activation of subscriptions and services.


  • Maintain accurate operational records and sales trackers. 


Collection & Reporting:


  • Monitor and report collection rates, payment follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.


  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and collection reports.


  • Support management with data entry, reporting, and operational analysis.


  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales and subscription records.  


Customer & Team Coordination: 


  • Coordinate closely with sales representatives and operations teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow continuity.


  • Escalate operational concerns or delayed cases to management when necessary. 


Administrative & Operational Support:  


  • Assist with organizing operational data, files, and documentation.


  • Support internal operational processes and day-to-day coordination activities.


  • Perform additional operational or administrative tasks related to sales operations as assigned by management. 


Administrative & Operational Support 


  • Support day-to-day office administration and operational follow-up activities.


  • Assist in organizing office logistics, meetings, events, and operational requirements when needed.


  • Maintain proper documentation, trackers, and records related to office operations and inventory. 


Requirements and skills:


  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Administration, or related fields.


  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.


  • Good communication and coordination abilities.


  • Comfortable working with reports, trackers, and operational data.
