<p><strong>الوصف الوظيفي</strong></p><p>تعلن شركة <strong>أدرا لتنظيم المؤتمرات والمعارض</strong> عن حاجتها إلى <strong>مندوب / سكرتيرة</strong> للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، على أن يتمتع المتقدم بمهارات تواصل عالية، والقدرة على تنظيم الأعمال الإدارية والتنسيق مع العملاء والشركاء.</p><p><strong>المهام والمسؤوليات:</strong></p><ul><li>استقبال المكالمات الهاتفية والرد على الاستفسارات.</li><li>تنظيم المواعيد والاجتماعات وإدارة جدول الأعمال.</li><li>متابعة المراسلات الرسمية والبريد الإلكتروني.</li><li>التنسيق مع العملاء والأطباء والجهات المتعاونة.</li><li>إعداد الكتب الرسمية والتقارير والملفات الإدارية.</li><li>متابعة الأعمال اليومية وتنظيم الوثائق والأرشفة.</li><li>تمثيل الشركة بصورة احترافية أثناء الزيارات والاجتماعات.</li><li>تنفيذ المهام الإدارية الأخرى التي تُكلف بها الإدارة.</li></ul><p><strong>المؤهلات المطلوبة:</strong></p><ul><li>شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس (يفضل).</li><li>إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، Outlook).</li><li>مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.</li><li>القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والعمل بروح الفريق.</li><li>اللباقة وحسن المظهر والسلوك المهني.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال السكرتارية أو المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء.</li></ul><p><strong>موقع العمل:</strong> بغداد.</p>

Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors. Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs. Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests. Provides quality service by following organization standards. Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Completes reports by entering required information.
