We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.
This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and administrative support.
Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing documents, and organizing orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Help coordinate internal HR events, trainings, and meetings.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Participate in HR projects and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Interest in pursuing a career in HR and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
Qualifications & Skills Basic understanding of HR functions and responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
