<p>We are looking for experienced Lead Carpenters / Joinery Maintenance Leads with strong hands-on experience in the repair, maintenance and refurbishment of wooden furniture, joinery and interior fit-out works . <p>SRD Center is seeking qualified Leadership, Management and Communication Training Consultants for a short-term assignment in Erbil, Iraq. The assignment will support the design and delivery of an intensive three-day managerial training and communication programme targeting approximately 20 staff members with managerial and supervisory responsibilities. The programme aims to strengthen participants leadership, management, people-management, communication, decision-making, conflict-resolution and interpersonal competencies. The training will emphasize practical application, participatory learning and the use of realistic workplace scenarios. SRD Center welcomes applications from experienced trainers and consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas: • Leadership and management development; • Behavioural competencies for line managers; • Managerial and organizational communication; • People management and staff development; • Conflict resolution and workplace dynamics; • Decision-making and problem solving; • Emotional intelligence and leadership resilience; • Change management; • Coaching, mentoring and performance management; • Team development and organizational effectiveness. This role requires in-depth knowledge of turbine engines, especially Pratt & Whitney or General Electric engines commonly used in F-16 aircraft . Working in close collaboration with other maintenance team members, the technician oversees both routine and complex tasks, diagnosing issues and implementing repairs that meet strict military and safety standards. Attention to detail, adherence to technical manuals, and commitment to quality assurance are critical to success in this role. <p>SRD Center is seeking a qualified Quantitative Research / Statistics / Sampling Expert to support a mixed-methods research assignment focusing on migration dynamics, potential migration, information needs, migration intentions, and related socio-economic factors in Iraq. The assignment will include a large-scale quantitative survey targeting approximately 1,000 1,200 respondents in Baghdad and Basra, alongside complementary qualitative research and stakeholder mapping. The Quantitative Research / Statistics / Sampling Expert will provide technical leadership for the quantitative component of the study, including sampling methodology, fieldwork preparation, data quality assurance, data management, statistical analysis, and interpretation of findings. The Expert will work closely with the Team Leader/Senior Research Expert, Field Coordinator, field teams, and data processing staff to ensure that the survey is conducted according to sound social science research standards.
