Providers’ Helpdesk</p><p>• Identify systems related problems from feedback of providers (i*Care users)</p><p>• Give support to Providers concerning eligibility difficulties ranging from defaulting equipment to document collection</p><p>4. Complaint Handling</p><p>• Facilitate resolution of complaints/requests for Patients and Providers</p><p>• Respond to suggestions, complaints and compliments submitted by patients and providers and offer positive support to involved staff</p><p>• Gather, analyze and report daily complaints. Responsible for the supervision of an assigned aircraft or structural firefighting crew on an alternating shift, supervising all assigned crew members in fire ground situations as well as the performance of care and maintenance of apparatus and equipment as defined in the current task order, Performance Work Standard (PWS), and as directed by Vectrus. Responsible for implementing and maintaining all fire protection services related functional standards within their assigned department IAW the Statement of Work. Implements the Fire Chief’s comprehensive firefighting program at the assigned installation to ensure compliance with AR 420-1, Army Facilities Management, Chapter 25, Fire and Emergency Services, Local work instructions, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Guidelines. The postholder plays a critical role in the readiness of Canines. He/She is the lead in overseeing canine operations, and ensuring K9 readiness, compliance with MOI K9 Training & Evaluation Directorate and aviation security standards, and effective deployment of K9 teams to check points for screening and patrols where required. The post holder works directly for the Head of the K9 Unit in managing the daily operations, canine logistics, and closely with the K9 Training Team in ensuring that all handlers and K9s are fully trained, certified and operationally effective. <p>The quality construction inspector will support the U.S. Department of State contract in Iraq. Under specific direction, the inspector will apply knowledge and experience of facility systems in the construction and modification of horizontal and vertical applications and support services for LCC department. They will demonstrate knowledge of setting and meeting key performance indicators, to include the verification of compliance metrics in preliminary laydown, during construction phases and then final and acceptance inspections, utilizing the framework Amentum standards, OBO and DoS policies and regulations, local and international construction codes and standards (ICCS).</p>
<p>This position will be responsible for providing oversight and collaboration of standards at construction sites, with the monitoring of construction teams, providing oversight in mechanical, electrical and plumbing functions, directing inspections and managing work requirements, utilizing skills and knowledge requiring flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.</p>

<p> The Consultant will provide time-bound specialized technical expertise to support the implementation of specific Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP) capacity-building activities under the project Supporting Community Engagement and Policing in Iraq Phase II , led by the Community Engagement and Policing (CEP) unit of IOM Iraq. The objective of this project is to strengthen public trust and confidence in Iraq s security institutions by enhancing accountable, inclusive, and community-responsive policing practices in areas of return and border regions. The project focuses on two primary pillars: i) increase Iraq s security agencies legitimacy and accountability in areas of return and border areas through an increased professionalization of police and border guards and mainstream of CEP approaches across different Directorates within the MoI; and ii) strengthen the CP community outreach, especially amongst women, through the CP Women Empowerment and Protection (WEP) Action Plan, to ensure rights-based stabilization interventions that respond to the needs of communities. The required expertise in prevention-oriented Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP), intelligence development frameworks, police analytical systems, and operationalization of risk analysis methodologies is not currently available within IOM Iraq. The engagement of an external consultant is therefore required to provide specialized technical knowledge, support the development of practical tools and procedures, and strengthen the capacity of the Community Policing Directorate and relevant Ministry of Interior counterparts to establish sustainable prevention-oriented ILP approaches. The project was built on lessons learned from the first phase, implemented between 2025 and 2026, in coordination with the CP Directorate, who identified further need of capacity building on prevention-oriented ILP principles to increase their ability to identify and respond to their communities major security threats. Within this framework, the ILP consultant will design and deliver three activities contributing to the first pillar of the project: Deliver ToT and core training for MoI officers on data management and risk analysis; Develop an initial assessment to set-up a structured data-management and community risk analysis framework to support the CP Directorate and relevant MoI units in strengthening preventive, evidence-based policing. <p>The post holder is responsible for the delivery of Aviation security training programs through courses and workshops, ensuring that all aviation security staff are well-trained and capable of performing their duties efficiently and safely. Additionally, ensuring that other airport workers and stakeholders receive requisite security training and briefings in accordance with mandated international security standards.

c) Courses, Development & Delivery Security Oversight: Organize and prepare all courses to international standards, quality checked against stated learning objectives, then delivered in the national language of Iraq or, when require, in English.
