<span>• Own and evolve the ZainCash visual identity — logo system, typography, colour, imagery, and tone of voice — and keep brand guidelines current • Art-direct campaigns end to end: concepts, key visuals, and rollout across digital, product, offline, and events • Design and oversee production of marketing assets — social creative, motion graphics, presentations, and print • Direct the visual side of video and podcast content: treatments, thumbnails, short-form clips, and editing standards • Brief, review, and raise the quality bar for work from in-house designers, agencies, and production partners • Write and review copy: captions, announcements, and campaign messaging • 5+ years in design, brand, or creative marketing, including 2+ years leading a team • Strong portfolio of brand and campaign design work (required) • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma • Experience building or refreshing brand guidelines and design systems • Experience art-directing shoots and managing creative agencies and production budgets • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English • Fintech or tech experience, and a feel for MENA social and content trends, are a strong plus</span> </div>
