<p>Job Opening: After Sales Manager - Automotive – Laith Al Obaidi Group</p><p>Location: [Iraq/Baghdad]</p><p>Industry: Automotive / Cars Trading</p><p>Position Type: Full-Time – Executive Level</p><p> </p><p>Job Summary</p><p>To lead and manage all After-Sales operations, including service, maintenance, warranty, customer support, and spare parts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainable profitability, while enhancing brand reputation and retention.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p> </p><p>Strategic & Operational Management</p><p>Develop and implement an after-sales strategy to achieve service quality, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.</p><p>Oversee daily operations of service centers, workshops, and spare parts departments.</p><p>Ensure efficient scheduling, workload planning, and resource utilization.</p><p>Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround time, and capacity utilization.</p><p> </p><p>Customer Experience & Quality</p><p>Ensure delivery of superior customer service and complaint resolution.</p><p>Implement Customer Satisfaction Programs and monitor CSI scores.</p><p>Manage warranty claims, goodwill approvals, and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.</p><p>Enhance customer loyalty through retention initiatives and value-added services.</p><p> </p><p>Financial & Performance Management</p><p>Develop annual budgets and revenue targets for After-Sales operations.</p><p>Monitor financial performance – service revenue, gross profit, parts sales, warranty cost.</p><p>Control operational expenses and improve profitability.</p><p>Identify opportunities for revenue growth (service packages, AMC, accessories, contracts).</p><p> </p><p>Process, Compliance & Standards</p><p>Implement strong internal controls, SOPs, and best practice processes.</p><p>Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies, local regulations, and safety standards.</p><p>Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and ERP utilization.</p><p>Lead periodic audits for quality, warranty, and operational performance.</p><p> </p><p>Team Leadership & Development</p><p>Lead After-Sales team including Service Managers, Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Teams.</p><p>Establish clear KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and coaching.</p><p>Provide training and development programs to enhance skills and service quality.</p><p>Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and excellence.</p><p> </p><p>Coordination & Stakeholder Management</p><p>Coordinate with Sales Department to ensure seamless customer lifecycle.</p><p>Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, insurers, and manufacturers.</p><p>Coordinate with Finance for billing, warranty settlements, and reconciliation.</p><p>Submit periodic performance reports to senior management.</p><p> </p><p>Qualifications & Experience</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.</p><p>Minimum 7–10 years in After-Sales Automotive operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role.</p><p>Strong knowledge of service operations, spare parts, and warranty systems.</p><p>Experience working with Automotive ERP / DMS systems.</p><p>Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.</p>
