Identify competence gaps and plan for FSE development plan with Atlas Copco Iraq country manager and technical support supervisor Follow up closely with distributors CTS team and management breakdown jobs vs fix price and service contracts to ensure jointly with distributors service planners and management appropriate priorities are given to the various type of service jobs and urgency Coordinate with distributor CTS management to plan and attend WIP meetings and provide updates on jobs with issues and those that are plus 90 and ensure and maintain a safe working environment for the service team by ensuring last minute risk assessment is conducted by all field service engineers, safety reporting regularly and analyses and recommend course of actions of any safety reports.
