<p><strong>Main purpose of position</strong></p><br>
<p>Currently we are looking for a Project Engineerin Tunis, Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision –<strong>Improving our future.</strong> As our Project Engineer you will be responsible for all the technical deliverables from project structuring through to technical handover on the photovoltaic works for a dedicated Scatec project, or portfolio of linked projects.</p><br> <p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong> </p><br> <p><strong>Support to Structuring Phase of projects</strong></p><br> <p>During the structuring phase, the Project Engineer has several key functions: </p><br> <ul>

<li>Manage the complete Utility interface process on behalf of Scatec from approval of detailed design, through construction, and completion under the Grid Connection Agreement / PPA</li>

<li>Manage and assess design change requests</li>

<li>Management of Governmental/Public/Grid Operator Stakeholders with approval process related to technical documentation and permits, licenses, authorizations, concessions needed during the execution of the HV scope until COD.</li>

<li>Contribute to drafting the relevant project reports </li>

<li>Maintain and update carrier rate cards, fuel surcharges (FSC), remote area zones, and other shipping-related cost elements in CCM.</li>
<li>Input and manage rate structures for multiple carriers per country (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx, GLS, DPD), as opposed to current single-carrier models.</li>
<li>Support mass uploads and individual entry of data across all global markets.</li>
<li>Ensure all rate changes are captured accurately and on time to avoid incorrect cost allocation or delays.</li>
<li>Regularly update and maintain transit time data for all carriers in the COMET system.</li>

<li>Manage updates to current structures, which include 9 folders for the US and 11 for ROW, with an expected increase as more carriers are added.</li>
<li>Perform data uploads manually, ensuring accuracy and completeness in every file.</li>
