We are looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate accounting records and daily financial transactions.</li><li>Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).</li><li>Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.</li><li>Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost allocations.</li><li>Support payroll processing and tax-related documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and project teams on financial matters.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>2 3 years of relevant accounting experience.</li><li>Previous experience in construction or contracting companies is an advantage.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.</li><li>Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Good command of English (written and spoken).</li><li>Willingness to relocate and work in Baghdad, Iraq.</li></ul>
