<p><h4>Position overview</h4>
<p>The Performance Management Specialist, Lead will be based at one of three Amentum sites in Iraq and serve the Operations, Baghdad Life Support (BLiSS), and Operations Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for the tracking and management of contract performance, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The Performance Management Lead will report to the PMO Operations Manager in the management of multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract.</p>
<p>The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.</p>
<h4>Duties</h4>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.</li>
<li>Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.</li>

<li>Responsible for supervising a team of Performance Management Specialists.</li>
<li>Perform analysis on key metrics/processes and recommend process and quality improvements that maximize efficiencies.</li>
<li>Monitor and verify the integrity of the data to be reported and review with local management before distributing.</li>
<li>Maintain and update company competencies at all levels and ensure effective utilization of the competencies and desired behaviors.</li>
<li>Remain up-to-date on latest performance management, training and development, and career management issues.</li>
<li>Manage and support RCM requirements in conjunction with Quality.</li>

<p>The Program Property Manager will be based at an Amentum site in Iraq and serve both the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) and the Baghdad Life Support Services (BLiSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for ensuring that Government property is properly identified and tracked from acquisition to disposition. The property Manager will collaborate with and report to the Program Logistics Manager to schedule and resolve inventory discrepancies. <li>NPMA Certification or ability to obtain within one year.</li>
<li>Possessing a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MPRT) or be able to obtain a favorable MRPT certification prior to being hired is required.</li>
<li>Sufficient English proficiency to meet job requirements and to adhere and comply with safety, health, and security measures.</li>
<li>Successfully complete and pass the medical and dental examinations as required by Amentum and our customer for deployment to Iraq. Must maintain physical and dental requirements for duration of deployment.</li>
