<p><strong>Key Goal:</strong><br>The primary goal is to maintain legacy .NET Framework systems and WCF services while developing new features using .NET 8+.&nbsp;</p><p>Bridge the gap between old and new architectures by migrating legacy components into&nbsp;<br>modern, full-stack web solutions.<br><br><strong>Key Role and Responsibilities</strong><br>&nbsp;End-to-End Development: Design, code, and test features from the database level through the API to the UI.<br>Legacy Maintenance: Debug and patch existing WCF services and older .NET 4.0 applications.<br>Modernization: Assist in migrating legacy MVC views and WCF services into modern, decoupled web architectures.<br>UI/UX Implementation: Translate design mockups into functional HTML/CSS templates within the ASP.NET ecosystem.<br>Configuration Management: Manage both legacy Web.config and modern appsettings.json environments.<br>Backend Frameworks: Expert in ASP.NET MVC (Razor) and ASP.NET Web API.<br>Legacy Middleware: Strong proficiency in WCF (SOAP, WSDL, and service configurations).<br>ASP.NET 8+ API: Being able to implement the best practices. such as Minimal API, JWT and Server-side validation such as Fluent Validation and DI (Dependency injection).<br>RESTful: Design and implement RESTful APIs with the best practices as needed such as<br>Security: authentication and authorization using JWT.<br>Semantic status codes<br>Resiliency, such as rate limiting.<br>Pagination, Sorting, and Filtering<br>Input validation.<br>&nbsp;OpenAPI/Swagger: support OpenAPI documentation.<br>Consistent error results<br>Frontend Core: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) for building responsive UI.<br>Client-Side Scripting: Experience with jQuery (often found in legacy MVC) and modern JS practices (DOM manipulation, Fetch API/Axios).<br>Data Tier: Advanced SQL Server (T-SQL) and Entity Framework / EF Core.<br>Windows Server: good knowledge of Windows Server 2022+ services such as IIS to deploy various .NET and .NET framework web apps.<br>Linux: Being able to deploy .NET 8+ apps to Linux server environment.<br>Containerization: Being able to deploy .NET 8+ apps to containerized environments such as the Docker platform.<br>Version Controlling Service: good knowledge of using git commands &amp; Team foundation server such as Azure DevOps and GitHub to collaborate and share&nbsp;&nbsp;codes with other team members.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software development, or related field.<br>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience: 4+ years of professional development within the .NET ecosystem.<br>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in English</p>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of Microwave network operations, Manage teams, vendors, &amp; sub-contractors, and budgets ensuring that due diligence and optimal risk mitigation is achieved as well as the maximum quality and peak performance and reliability of all Microwave networks, Under close supervising the day-to-day operations for the Technical Operations and managed service supplier teams to ensure all type of service disruptions, and uphold corporate's quality standards in support of the business goal.</p> <p> 1. Providing leadership and mentorship to the TMO team, Under close supervising the day-to-day operations for the Technical Operations team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.</p> <p>2. Manage and optimize Microwave Networks (Multi vendor), Ensure customer incidents and outages assigned are successfully and quickly resolved, diffused, or escalated</p> <p>3. Coordinate Microwave &amp; SDH maintenance and change related activities in cooperation with the MS vendor, on-ground teams, and organize scheduled and planned CR routines.</p> <p>4. Controlling and managing operations project budgets to ensure financial efficiency. And drive business case creation, revenue modelling, and CAPEX/OPEX projections for variant tasks and projects.</p> <p>5. Liaise with Procurement, engineering, legal, and financial audit teams to ensure end-to-end solution readiness and compliance, Lead multi-vendor frameworks and negotiations, project delivery assurance, and technical compliance.</p> <p>6. Actively adhere to the Code of policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest standards are maintained,. Provide leadership in all fiber technical issues; ensure employees are aware of business compliance requirements.</p> <p>7. Drive the vendor management for the designated vendor group mainly on the Huawei Managed service models, monitor performance, develop relationships with key contacts (internally and externally) and hold regular feedback meetings with these stakeholders</p> <p>8. Governing &amp; maintain existing databases, files, and records for purposes of network design, fiber optimization, and relocation of fiber facilities.</p> <p>9. Develop and maintain vendor management scorecards &amp; risk plans for the designated vendor group as per procedure. </p> <p>10. Collaborate with engineering teams to plan the expansion, upgrade, and optimization of the Microwave network (Mainly Huawei and Nokia MW). </p> <p>11. Manage deployment vendors/contractors deliverables and assist with quality assurance and Conduct a certification testing of the new links and equipment, accurately document measurements and placement,</p> <p>12. Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate network capacity, and identify areas for network improvement.</p> <p>13.
