<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>يقدم مشغلو Aerostat الدعم العملياتي والصيانة (O&S) لبرنامج أنظمة المراقبة المستمرة المعلقة PSS-T في مواقع الموقع خارج المنطقة. يتكوّن PSS-T من برامج سابقة للـ Persistent Ground Surveillance System (PGSS) و Persistent Threat Detection System (PTDS). المكان يعتمد على التوفّر وتواريخ الصف الدراسي المحتملة. قد يتأخر تحديث طلبك. المسؤوليات الأساسية: • سيشارك مشغلو Aerostat/الموثّقون على مستوى المستخدم في التشغيل الشامل الفعلي لنظام الع aerostat بما في ذلك الإطلاق والطيران والهبوط والأنشطة المرتبطة بالتثبيت. • سيؤدي المرشحون جميع الوظائف لتشغيل PGSS/PTDS وهو منصة استخبارات ومراقبة واستطلاع مثبتة على بالون، ومنصة ربط متنقلة (MMP)، وحمولات الاستشعار، وأنظمة الاتصالات والملاحة، على الحصول على تصريح سري. ملاحظة: الجنسية الأمريكية مطلوبة للحصول على تصريح سري.</li><li>يجب أن يحمل جواز سفر أمريكي صالح مع بقاء سنة على الأقل.</li><li>يجب أن يحمل رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية.</li><li>معرفة وخبرة في تشغيل أنظمة ومكوّنات الأجهزة.</li><li>خبرة في كشف العطل وعزله وتصحيح أنظمة الأجهزة ومكوّناتها الفردية.</li><li>القدرة على إجراء أعمال صيانة نظام روتينية وتحليلية بما في ذلك: تكوينات الأجهزة؛ إضافة، إزالة واستبدال المكونات؛ استخدام أدوات الاختبار التشخيضي للأجهزة والبرمجيات؛ قراءة مخططات الدوائر الإلكترونية؛ وإصلاح لوحات الدوائر المطبوعة.</li><li>سنة واحدة على الأقل من الخبرة السابقة في Aerostat أو سنتين من الخبرة في المجالات التالية قد تُستبدل بدلاً من خبرة Aerostat:</li><ul><li>1) فني صيانة كهربائية</li><ul><li>امتلاك خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كعامل على Aerostat كمشغل بمستوى 20 سلسلة أو أعلى من Army MOS 35F (محلل استخبارات)، 35G (محلل صور استخبارات جغرافية)، 35H (محلل نظام أرضي مشترك)، 96R (مشغل أنظمة المراقبة الأرضية)، 96U (مشغل طائرة بدون طيار)، أو ما يعادلها في فرقة عسكرية.</li><li>سنتان من الخبرة العملية في تنفيذ عمليات ومهام صيانة إما على نظام AEROSTAT أو ما يعادلها في الصناعة/العسكرية مطلوبتان.</li><li>يجب أن تكون مؤهلاً بمستوى 10 سلسلة أو أعلى (عن طريق مدارس عسكرية أو مدنية فنية) مطلوب.</li><li>القدرة على قراءة مخططات إلكترونية.</li><li>تشغيل وصيانة المعدات الكهروميكانيكية بما في ذلك واحد أو أكثر من التالي:</li><ul><li>صمامات هيدروليكية/سيرفو</li><li>مجسات هيدروليكية، أنظمة تحكم</li><li>معدات اختبار وتشخيص</li></ul></ul><li>2) شبكات، تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأنظمة المعلومات</li><ul><li>يتطلب سنتان من الخبرة.</li><li>يجب أن يكون مؤهلاً بمستوى 10 سلسلة أو أعلى؛ MOS 25B/F أو ما يعادلها من فرقة عسكرية أخرى أو اختصاصات مهنية صناعية كمشرف شبكة CISCO؛ Army MOS 25L/N أو ما يعادلها من فرقة عسكرية أخرى أو اختصاصات مهنية صناعية كـ Network Installation (BICSI أو Network + أو Comp T Certification) ستؤخذ بعين الاعتبار.</li><li>شهادة CCIE مع شهادات ألياف بصرية مفضلة.</li></ul><li>3) صيانة ميكانيكية</li><ul><li>صيانة ميكانيكية مع مؤهلات بمستوى 10 سلسلة أو أعلى من Army MOS 94D/X و91/B/S/W أو ما يعادلها من فرقة عسكرية أخرى، أو تخصصات مهنية صناعية كمكان National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified Truck Mechanic أو FAA General Mechanic 1 أو أعلى.</li><li>سنتان من الخبرة العملية في نظام AEROSTAT أو ما يعادلها في الصناعة/العسكرية مطلوبتان.</li><li>تشغيل وصيانة المعدات الميكانيكية بما في ذلك واحد أو أكثر من التالي: أنظمة هيدروليكية، أنظمة ونش، أنظمة ربط/كابل، مجموعات المولدات الصناعية، فرامل التبديل، HVAC، رافعات، رافعة الشوكة، مجموعات مولدات صناعية</li></ul></ul><p>المتطلبات مهني وودود رغم فترات الإجهاد.</li></ul><p>المتطلبات الطبية</p><ul><li>إتمام الاختبارات الطبية وطب الأسنان بنجاح كما يتطلبه أمنتوم وعملائنا للنشر إلى العراق.</li><li>يجب الحفاظ على المتطلبات البدنية وطب الأسنان طوال مدة النشر.</li></ul><p>ظروف العمل والعيش: قد يقع هذا المنصب في منطقة حرب، وفي بيئة لا تحافظ على السلامة وتَعامل مع ظروف عمل وحياة قاسية. أثناء أداء مهام هذا العمل، قد يتعرض الموظف بانتظام لبيئة صحراوية قاسية ومشددة. يمكن أن تصل درجات الحرارة إلى 130 فهرنهايت/50-55 درجة مئوية خلال أشهر الصيف. يجب أن يكون الموظفون مستعدين وقادرين على أداء متطلبات الوظيفة بانتظام في هذه البيئة القاسية، وكذلك راغبين وقادرين على الالتحاق بمركز القيادة الوسطى CENTCOM، EUCOM، و AFRICOM لفترات طويلة. جداول العمل لا تقل عن 6 أيام في الأسبوع و10 ساعات يومياً، بينما توجد وظائف بنسخ أعلى من الحد <p>سيُؤدّي المرشحون جميع الوظائف اللازمة لتشغيل نظام PGSS/PTDS، وهو منصة استخبارات ومراقبة واستطلاع (ISR) مركبة على طائرة هوائية، ومنصة ربط متنقلة (MMP)، وحمولة الاستشعار، وأنظمة الاتصالات والملاحة، بالإضافة إلى معدات الدعم المرتبطة (روافع الذراع، الرافعة الحضرية، مركبات الطرق الوعرة، ومولّدات الطاقة الكهربائية).</p> <p>سيؤدّي المرشح وظائف صيانة مستوى المستخدم بما في ذلك إجراء فحوصات وخدمات الصيانة الوقائية اليدوية (PMCS)، وتشخيص الأعطال، وإزالة واستبدال وحدات قابلة للاستبدال بالخط (LRUs)، وإزالة واستبدال الحمولة.</p> <p>يجب أن يمتلك المرشح نطاقًا متنوعًا من المهارات مع القدرة على التكيف بسرعة مع المواقف الجديدة. ستُنفّذ المهام تحت إشراف فنيّين بدرجة تصنيف أعلى و/أو موظفي الموقع.</p> <h4>المتطلبات الدنيا:</h4> <ul> <li>يُشترط شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.</li> <li>يمكن أن يحلّ درجة الزمالة لمدة عامين في مجال تقني من كلية معتمدة محل الخبرة العملية.</li> <li>يجب أن يمتلك تصريح أمني سري نشط في الولايات المتحدة أو القدرة على الحصول عليه. ملاحظة: مطلوب مواطنة أمريكية للحصول على تصريح سري.</li> <li>يجب أن يمتلك جواز سفر أمريكي صالح مع بقاء عام على الأقل.</li> <li>يجب أن يمتلك رخصة قيادة أمريكية صالحة.</li> <li>معرفة وخبرة في تشغيل أنظمة ومكوّنات الأجهزة.</li> <li>خبرة في رصد الأعطال، عزلها وتصحيحها في أنظمة الأجهزة ومكوّناتها الفردية.</li> <li>القدرة على أداء صيانة النظام الروتينية ووظائف التحليل بما في ذلك: تكوينات الأجهزة؛ إضافة، إزالة واستبدال مكوّنات الأجهزة؛ استخدام أدوات الاختبار التشخيصي للأجهزة والبرمجيات؛ قراءة مخططات دوائر إلكترونية؛ وإصلاح دوائر مطبوعة.</li> <li>خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال الطائرة الهوائية السابقة أو خبرة سنتين في المجالات التالية قد تكون بديلة عن خبرة الطائرة الهوائية:</li> </ul> <p><strong>1) ميكانيكي صيانة كهربائية</strong></p> <ul> <li>امتلاك خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الطائرة الهوائية كمشغّل على مستوى 20 سلسلة أو أعلى من Army MOS 35F (محلل استخباراتي) ، 35G (محلل استخبارات جغرافية)، 35H (محلل نظام أرضي عام)، 96R (مشغّل أنظمة المراقبة الأرضية)، 96U (مشغّل مركبة جوية بدون طيار)، أو ما يعادلها من فروع الجيش.</li> <li>يلزم خبرة سنتين عملية في أداء عمليات ومهام صيانة إما على نظام طائرة هوائية أو مكافئ صناعي/عسكري.</li> <li>يجب ألاقل تأهيل على مستوى 10 سلسلة أو أعلى (عبر مدارس عسكرية أو مدنية تقنية) مطلوب.</li> <li>القدرة على قراءة المخططات الإلكترونية.</li> <li>تشغيل وصيانة معدات كهربائية ميكانيكية تشمل أحد أو أكثر من التالي:</li> <ul> <li>صمامات هيدروليكية/أذرع تحكم</li> <li>محركات هيدروليكية، أنظمة التحكم</li> <li>معدات الاختبار والتشخيص</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>2) شبكات، تقنية المعلومات والأنظمة المعلوماتية</strong></p> <ul> <li>خبرة سنتان مطلوبة.</li> <li>يجب أن يكون مؤهلاً على مستوى 10 سلسلة أو أعلى؛ MOS 25B/F أو ما يعادلها من فرع عسكري آخر أو تخصصات مهنية صناعية كإداري شبكة CISCO؛ اعتبار MOS 25L/N من الجيش أو ما يعادلها كمتخصصات تركيب شبكة (BICSI أو Network + أو شهادات Comp T) 94D/X و91/B/S/W أو ما يعادلها من فرع عسكري آخر، أو تخصصات مهنية كفني ميكانيكيات سيارات معتمد من ASE أو ميكانيكي عام 1 أو أعلى من FAA.</li> <li>خبرة سنتين عمليتين على نظام طائرة هوائية أو مكافئ صناعي/عسكري ضرورية.</li> <li>تشغيل وصيانة معدات ميكانيكية تشمل أحد أو أكثر من التالي: أنظمة هيدروليكية، أنظمة الحبال، أنظمة التثبيت/المناورة، مولدات صناعية، مقاييس التيار، HVAC، رافعات، رافعات شوكية، مولدات صناعية.</li> </ul> <h4>المتطلبات البدنية:</h4> <ul> <li>يتطلب القدرة على رفع حتى 50 رطلاً بشكل منتظم.</li> <li>يتطلب القدرة على التسلق بانتظام باستخدام سلالم ممتدة، سلم السطح، سلالم خطوة، ودرجات خلال النوبة بمعدل لا يقل عن 10 مرات.</li> <li>يستلزم المرونة للانحناء/ الانحناء المتكرر خلال النوبة.</li> <li>يتطلب القدرة على الركوع بشكل متكرر خلال النوبة.</li> <li>يتطلب القدرة على التحرك الحفاظ على المتطلبات البدنية وطب الأسنان طوال مدة النشر.</p> <h4>ظروف العمل والالمعيشة:</h4> <p>قد تقع هذه الوظيفة في منطقة حرب، وفي بيئة مليئة بالظروف القاسية والخطرة للعمل والعيش. أثناء أداء واجبات هذه الوظيفة، قد يتعرض الموظف بانتظام لبيئة صحراوية قاسية ومتطرفة. قد تصل درجات الحرارة إلى 120-130 فهرنهايت/50-55 درجة مئوية خلال أشهر الصيف. يجب أن يكون الموظفون مستعدين وقادرين على أداء متطلبات وأنظمة الاتصالات والملاحة بالإضافة إلى معدات الدعم المرتبطة (ذراع رافعة، رافعة شوكية، مركبات جميع التضاريس (ATVs)، ومولّدات كهربائية).</p> <p>سيؤدي المرشح وظائف صيانة على مستوى المستخدم بما في ذلك إجراء فحوصات وخدمات صيانة وقائية (PMCS)، استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، إزالة واستبدال وحدات قابلة للاستبدال بالخط (LRUs)، وإزالة واستبدال الحمْلات.</p> <p>يجب أن يمتلك المرشح مجموعة متنوعة من المهارات مع القدرة على المشي لمسافات واسعة طوال المصنع خلال الورديّة.</li> <li>يتطلب القدرة على التعامل مع جميع العملاء بشكل مهني وودود رغم فترات التوتر.</li> </ul> <h4>المتطلبات الطبية:</h4> <p>إتمام والنجاح في الفحوصات الطبية وطب الأسنان كما تشترطها جهة العمل والعميل لنشر إلى العراق.</p> <p>يجب الحفاظ على المتطلبات البدنية وطب الأسنان طوال مدة النشر.</p> <h4>ظروف العمل والعيش:</h4> <p>قد يكون هذا المنصب في منطقة حرب، وفي بيئة وظروف عمل وعيش قاسية وخطرة. أثناء أداء واجبات هذه الوظيفة، قد يتعرض الموظف بشكل منتظم لبيئة صحراوية قاسية ومتصاعدة. يمكن أن تصل درجات الحرارة إلى 120-130 فهرنهايت/50-55 مئوية خلال Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance.</li> <li>Must have a valid U.S. passport with a minimum of one year remaining.</li> <li>Must have a valid US driver’s license.</li> <li>Knowledge of and experience in the operations of hardware systems and components.</li> <li>Experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and individual components.</li> <li>Ability to perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions including hardware configurations; adding, removing and replacing hardware components; use of hardware and software diagnostic testing tools; reading of electronic circuit schematics; and repairing printed circuit boards.</li> <li>At least one year previous aerostat experience or two years of experience in the following areas may be substituted in lieu of aerostat experience:</li> </ul> <h4>1) Electrical maintenance mechanic</h4> <ul> <li>Possess at least two years aerostat experience as an operator at the 20 series level or greater from Army MOS 35F (Intelligence Analyst), 35G (Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst), 35H (Common Ground System Analyst), 96R (Ground Surveillance Systems Operator), 96U (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator), or military branch equivalent.</li> <li>Two years of hands-on experience in performing operations and maintenance tasks either on an aerostat system or a related industry/military equivalent is required.</li> <li>Must be qualified at the 10 series or greater level (via military or civilian technical schools).</li> <li>Ability to read electronic schematics.</li> <li>Operations and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment to include one or more of the following: <ul> <li>Hydraulic/servo valves</li> <li>Hydraulic actuators, control systems</li> <li>Test and diagnostic equipment</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h4>2) Networking, IT and information systems</h4> <ul> <li>Two years’ experience is required.</li> <li>Must be qualified at the 10 series or greater level; MOS 25B/F or other military branch equivalent or industry occupational specialties as a CISCO network administrator; Army MOS 25L/N or other military branch equivalent or industry occupational specialties as a network installation (BICSI or Network+ or CompTIA certification) will be considered.</li> <li>CCIE certification with fiber optic certification is preferred.</li> </ul> <h4>3) Mechanical maintenance</h4> <ul> <li>Mechanical maintenance with qualifications at the 10 series or greater from U.S. Army MOS 94D/X and 91/B/S/W or other military branch equivalent, or industry occupational specialties such as National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified truck mechanic or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) general mechanic 1 or greater.</li> <li>Two years of hands-on experience on an aerostat system or a related industry/military equivalent is required.</li> <li>Operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment to include one or more of the following: <ul> <li>Hydraulic systems</li> <li>Winch systems</li> <li>Tether/cable handling systems</li> <li>Industrial generator sets</li> <li>Power switch gear</li> <li>HVAC</li> <li>Cranes, aerial lift, forklift</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h4>Physical requirements:</h4> <ul> <li>Requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Requires the ability to regularly climb extension ladders, roof ladder, stepladders, and stairs at least 10 times during shift.</li> <li>Requires the flexibility to bend, stoop, and squat repetitively during shift.</li> <li>Requires the ability to regularly kneel repetitively during shift.</li> <li>Requires the ability to move in a 90-degree fashion on a repetitive basis during shift.</li> <li>Requires the ability to stretch and reach on a repetitive basis during shift.</li> <li>Requires the ability to walk extensively throughout the plant during shift.</li> <li>Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.</li> </ul> <h4>Medical requirements:</h4> <ul> <li>Successfully complete and pass the medical and dental examinations as required for deployment.</li> <li>Must maintain physical and dental requirements for the duration of the deployment.</li> </ul> <h4>Working and living conditions:</h4> <p>This position may be located in a war zone, in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit (50-55 degrees Celsius) during the summer months.</p> <p>Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to CENTCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM for extended periods. Work schedules are a minimum of six days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums.</p> <p>Position requires a six-week 34M training temporary duty assignment (TDY) to Elizabeth City, South Carolina.</p></p><p></p>
