<p>Promote and sell the Company's insurance products and services to new and existing clients.<br><br>Generate and qualify new business opportunities through direct client engagement, networking, referrals, and other communication channels.<br><br>Prepare and coordinate insurance quotations and policy information in accordance with Company guidelines.<br><br>Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policies, quotations, and claims via telephone, email, or face-to-face communication.<br><br>Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and sales records in the Company's systems.<br><br>Prepare sales documentation and support day-to-day sales activities.<br><br>Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration.<br><br>Represent the Company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to generate new business.<br><br>Comply with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education:<br>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.<br><br>Professional insurance or<br>sales certifications are an advantage.<br><br>Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.<br><br>Experience in the Iraqi insurance market is preferred.<br><br>Experience in the insurance or reinsurance<br>brokerage industry is an advantage.<br>Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or<br>insurance operations.<br>Language Skills: English, Arabic<br><br>Computer Skills: Microsoft Office</p>
