Prepares and submits site labor/non-labor budgets, forecast estimated costs and control subcontractors Controls service contracts in support of site operations Manages all department managers/staff assigned to site operations Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems. Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. Must possess planning/organizing skills and must be able to work under deadlines. Position requires routine travel to site operating locations. Procedure Compliance - Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of academic/technical/military training and experience</p><p>Proven experience working with foreign labor workforce.</p><p>Possess 5 or more years of diverse management experience including experience in vehicle maintenance, facilities maintenance or logistics management.</p><p>Possess excellent communication, analytical, project management and supervisory skills.</p><p>Desktop computer skills are essential with proficiency in full range of Microsoft Office products and should be capable of preparing management level reports and presentations.</p><p>Position may require occasional travel.</p><p>Possess a valid state issued driver s license.</p><p></p></section>
