<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><b>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Ensures compliance with the company's policies and standards.</li> <li>Identifies high-risk situations, reviews risk analysis, adopts a risk mitigation approach to the program, and discusses with the WS Team.</li> <li>Leads in HSE and non-conformance event investigations and reporting as required</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled.</li> <li>Assign tasks to engineers.</li> <li>Provide engineering experience, expertise, and leadership to the WS Department.</li> <li>Review the well services programs, including full contribution and QA/QC, to ensure the highest standard is generated by the Engineering Team.</li> <li>Manage continuous improvement through integration of learnings, best practice and benchmarking data.</li> <li>Coordination of in-house technical support and external well service technical support</li> <li>Review required AFEs of WS activities.</li> <li>QA/QC of all pre-job technical calculations within Programs.</li> <li>Daily engineering and troubleshooting support to the Well Services Operations Team</li> <li>Training and mentoring of local and junior staff engineers.</li> <li>Liaise with Service Providers and Contractors with regard to inventory and equipment needs aligned with short- and long-term Rig/Well scheduling and planning</li> <li>Must be flexible to support extended operations beyond a normal working day when required</li> <li>Be proactive in anticipating well ops challenges and be quick and effective when reacting to issues.</li> <li>Preparing programs/AFEs, as well as reviewing them.</li> </ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor s degree in engineering.</li> <li>Minimum 15 years experience, including completions, workovers, stimulation, and well intervention operations at an Engineering level, with at least a substantial amount spent at the supervisor level.</li> <li>Safety courses are required to carry out work at the site and in accordance with company policy, and as required by Country law and regulations.</li> <li>Must be able to work with a team, take directions from line manager(s), and focus attention on details.</li> <li>Must be self-motivated and capable of working with limited direct supervision.</li> <li>Must be capable of completing and tracking multiple tasks simultaneously, and often under tight deadlines.</li> <li>Detailed understanding of best industry practice on engineering of well integrity during well service operations.</li> <li>Ability to solve complex problems in an innovative and cost-effective manner.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively with others.</li> <li>Good communication skills.</li> <li>Can work in a multi-national environment.</li> <li>Demonstrates commitment to HSSE policy and statement and knows and understands expectations as detailed in the HSSE Management System.</li> <li>Develops highly positive relationships with both field and office teams.</li> <li>Looks beyond the obvious in problem-solving.</li> <li>Provide support to WS Managers/Superintendents when required on technical matters.</li> <li>Ensures cost-effective use of services and equipment.</li> <li>Maintains a strong focus on progress towards the achievement of objectives.</li> <li>Demonstrates a high level of competence in leading others.</li> <li>Workover operations.</li> <li>Well Completions.</li> <li>Well Interventions incl.
