Review and approve WPSs, PQRs, and welder qualification records. Monitor field welding activities, including fit-up, welding parameters, consumables, heat input, and workmanship. Coordinate with Construction, QC, NDE, Contractors, and Vendors to ensure quality execution of welding activities. Support welding qualification, testing, inspection, and audit activities at fabrication yards and construction sites. Review and assist in the resolution of Technical Queries (TQs), Deviation Requests (DRs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Assess contractor welding performance and identify opportunities for quality and productivity improvements. Ensure welding traceability, documentation, and records are maintained for project quality dossiers. Promote HSE compliance and safe welding practices across all work fronts.
