<p>Responsible for personnel involved in the organization’s physical security function, which includes monitoring systems related to the flow of personnel and vehicular traffic, personnel/visitor security clearances, loss prevention and detection services management, and security inspections. Under broad supervision, applies specialist knowledge or skills to solve complicated and unique challenges, or directs the daily activities of a business, technical, or functional support team. Establishes priority for completing prescribed tasks. Uses judgment to interpret internal and external concerns and create best practices. May direct resources, prioritize work, and guide less experienced team members. Relies on experience, interpersonal skills, and a thorough knowledge of the industry to complete tasks in accordance with policies, processes, and corporate strategy.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities</h4>

<li>Principal advisor to the program director (projects) / project director on all security related matters and information.</li>
<li>Development of the overall security strategy to mitigate security risks.</li>
<li>Lead the project crisis management team.</li>

<li>Maintain personnel on board, ISOS evacuation manifest lists, and Iraq plans database.</li>

<li>Security coordination of daily movements for contracted private security companies and fleet of soft skin vehicles.</li>
<li>Monitor sub-contractor IVMS system, reporting biweekly data output.</li>
<li>Maintain sub-contractor annual security training program.</li>
<li>Security consultant and focal point of contact for all other KBR projects within Iraq.</li>
<li>Provide and maintain security / hotel risk assessments.</li>
<li>Liaise with other KBR projects point of contact based at and outside Rumaila oil field on security-related matters.</li>

<h4>Job dimensions</h4>
<p>The Lead Interface Engineer shall assist the Interface Manager on the following:</p>

<li>Take care of the overall management of interface and data changes between stakeholders of the Common Seawater Supply Project, and provide advice on any schedule and commercial issues arising from such interfaces and changes.</li>
<li>Ensure that interface management procedures are in place and that EPC and other contractors implement the required interface management system throughout the project duration.</li>

<p>The Lead Interface Engineer is anticipated to start early 2026 and will be based in Abu Dhabi (UAE).</p>

<p>The job holder shall assist the Interfaces Manager:</p>

<li>With the support of the Project Management Consultant, define, implement and maintain the methodology/procedure to be applied and the corresponding database to be created, to ensure a clear and accurate identification and management of interfaces. This procedure will be as efficient and simple as possible and will be used throughout the life of the project and shall be applied by the different entities/contractors.</li>
<li>Management of interface and change data between parties, monitor and control interface and change issues, in order to resolve interface and change issues in a timely and organised manner according to the project interface and change control procedures.</li>
<li>Attend major interface meetings, internal and external with other entities of CSSP Project, contractor representatives, vendors, TotalEnergies specialists, partner’s experts, etc. Lead interface and other technical meetings as required.</li>

The STF will be located on the west side of the Khor Al Zubair, upstream of the port of Umm Qasr and will have the following key components:</p>
<ul>
<li>Site development and non-process facilities.</li>
<li>Ancillaries and buildings.</li>
<li>Seawater intake and outfall structures.</li>
<li>Material off-loading facility.</li>
<li>Seawater clarification, filtration and deoxygenating processes.</li>
<li>Chemical addition systems.</li>
<li>Shipping pumps.</li>
<li>Power generation.</li>
<li>Utilities.</li>
</ul>
<p>FEED was completed (June 2016) with Phase 1 capacity of 7.5 million barrels of water per day (MMBWPD) of treated seawater, with a subsequent Phase 2 of 5 MMBWPD for a total buildout capacity of 12.5 MMBWPD. The project was placed on hold upon the completion of FEED.</p>
<p>In 2018 BOC launched a call for tender on the FEED, but instructed bidders to reduce capacity to 5.0 MMBWPD, with provision for a future addition of 2.5 MMBWPD for a total build-out phase of 7.5 MMBWPD.</p>
<h4>Accountabilities</h4>
<p>Accountable for the interfaces and management of change (MoC), being internal (between units, disciplines, PMT, One Tech and specialists) or external (between other CSSP projects, contractors, company, etc.).
