<p>We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the complete MEP works for a prestigious 5-Star Hotel Project in Iraq.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS works from design coordination through procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and final handover while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule performance. Daily task O&M follow up. follow up CME maintenance subcontractor. Team work & CR implementations. Network performances & KPI with outage follow up.
