الواجهات:</p><br><br><ul><li>بالتنسيق مع مستشار إدارة المشروع، تعريف وتنفيذ والحفاظ على المنهجية/الإجراء المطبق وقاعدة البيانات المقابلة التي ستُنشأ لضمان تحديد وإدارة الواجهات بشكل واضح ودقيق. سيتم استخدام هذا الإجراء طوال عمر المشروع ويجب تطبيقه من قبل الكيانات/المقاولين المختلفة.</li><li>إدارة بيانات الواجهة والتغيير بين الأطراف، ورصد والتحكم في قضايا الواجهة والتغيير، من أجل حل قضايا الواجهة والتغيير في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة منظمة وفقاً لإجراءات واجهة المشروع والتحكم في التغيير.</li><li>حضور اجتماعات واجهات رئيسية، داخلية وخارجية مع كيانات أخرى لمشروع CSSP وممثلي المقاولين والموردين وخبراء TotalEnergies وخبراء الشركاء، إلخ. قيادة اجتماعات واجهات وهندسية أخرى حسب الحاجة.</li><li>التأكد من أن متطلباتها السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة يتم النظر فيها بشكل منهجي طوال عملية إدارة الواجهات وبخاصة أن تتم معالجة الواجهات بشكل مناسب خلال تدقيقات المشروع HAZID/HAZOP/PTR.</li><li>توحيد ونصح مدير المشروع ومديري التقنية والرقابة بالمشروع عن أي مخاطر خاصة بالجدول الزمني والمسائل التجارية الناتجة عن الواجهات والتغيّرات. سيكون منسق إدارة التغيير، مع تبرير من خلال جميع تخصصات المشروع. ضمان توثيق كامل لجميع التغييرات والتواصل بها وفق العمليات المتفق عليها مع BOC والجهات التنظيمية.</li><li>إعداد أوراق فنية لدعم مواقف الإدارة للوضوح/القرارات مع الجهات التنظيمية في الدول المضيفة، أو كيانات أو شركاء آخرين.</li><li>التأكد من أن المقاول EPC ينفذ نظام إدارة الواجهات والموارد المطلوبة ويُراقب طوال مدة المشروع أن المقاول EPC يلتزم بمسؤولياته كما هو محدد في إجراء واجهة المشروع.</li><li>التأكد من تنفيذ تغييرات/تحسينات الواجهة الناتجة عن مفاوضات الواجهات الخارجية.</li><li>مع مستشار إدارة المشروع، التأكد من اتساق التصميم واستمراره عبر المنشآت.</li><li>تجنب أوامر التغيير والتأخيرات الناتجة عن مشاكل الواجهة؛ ضمان متابعة قضايا الواجهة في الوقت المناسب.</li><li>مساعدة مستشار إدارة المشروع قبل وخلال مرحلة البناء، من خلال التنبؤ بواجهات تشغيلية مع أطراف أخرى (تصادمات أو برنامج متضارب).</li><li>في حالة SIMOPS (تسليم المصنع تدريجيًا): اقتراح حلول والمشاركة في التعريف والحل.</li></ul><p><b>السياق والبيئة</b></p><br><br><br><p>شركة نفط البصرة (BOC) تتولى مشروع مرافق معالجة مياه البحر (STF) لتوفير مياه بحر معالجة للحقول النفطية في جنوب العراق (لحقنها). ستقع STF على الجانب الغربي من خور الزبير، قبل ميناء أم قصر وستحتوي على المكونات الرئيسية التالية:</p><br><br><ul><li>تطوير الموقع والمرافق غير التشغيلية.</li><li>الملاحق والمباني.</li><li>هياكل الدخول والخروج لمياه البحر.</li><li>منشأة تفريغ المواد.</li><li>عمليات إزالة التعكيم والترشيح وإزالة الأكسجين من مياه البحر.</li><li>أنظمة إضافة المواد الكيميائية.</li><li>مضخات الشحن.</li><li>توليد الطاقة.</li><li>المرافق.</li></ul><p>تم الانتهاء من FEED (يونيو 2016) بسعة المرحلة 1 7.5 مليون برميل من الماء يومياً من مياه البحر المعالجة، مع المرحلة 2 بقيمة 5 ملايين برميل يوميًا لإجمالي سعة البناء 12.5 مليون برميل يومياً. تم تعليق المشروع عند الانتهاء من FEED.</p><br><br><p>في 2018 أطلقت BOC مناقصة على FEED، لكنها طلبت من المتقدمين تقليل السعة إلى 5.0 MMBWPD، مع توفير إمكانية إضافة مستقبلية لـ 2.5 MMBWPD لإجمالي مرحلة البناء 7.5 MMBWPD.</p><br><br><br><p><b>المسؤوليات</b></p><br><br><ul><li>مسؤول عن الواجهات وتغيير MoC، داخلياً بين الوحدات بجميع الواجهات الخارجية وبالواجهات الداخلية بين المقاولين، ويتأكد من تقييم التغييرات وتنفيذها لصالح المشروع بشكل عام.</li><li>وفقاً لذلك، يجب على حامل الوظيفة إجراء التنسيق اللازم بين جميع لكنها طلبت من العارضين تقليل السعة إلى 5.0 MMBWPD، مع إمكانية إضافة مستقبلية قدرها 2.5 MMBWPD لإجمالي مرحلة بناء قدرها 7.5 MMBWPD.</p> <h4>المسؤوليات</h4> <p>مسؤول عن الواجهات وإدارة التغيير (MoC)،
