<p>Overview This position is physically located in Balad, Iraq Under the supervision of the ESH Supervisor, the ESH Specialist Lead implements a standardized ESH program, which is Management System based. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). + Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well. + Physical Requirements: + Medium work. <p>Overview ***This position is physically located in Balad, Iraq*** Under the supervision of the Firefighter Crew Chiefs, the Firefighter responds to multiple-types of emergencies operating as a firefighter. Maintains vehicles, equipment, tools, and protective clothing in a serviceable condition. Extinguish fires and takes precautions to prevent fire rekindling. Operates pumps, foam generators, turrets, nozzles, and other firefighting tools and equipment. Exercises caution to avoid personal injury and property damage and comply with strict health and safety standards. At the site of a fire protects and preserves evidence indicating the cause of the fire. Properly wears personal protective clothing. Conducts and take part in frequent reoccurring proficiency training, OJT and maintains required certifications. Performs other duties as assigned. <p>The Superintendent Power is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating all electrical power generation, distribution, and maintenance activities across the Majnoon Oil Field. This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant operation of electrical systems supporting production facilities, camps, utilities, and critical infrastructure. Superintendent provides technical leadership, oversees site execution, and ensures alignment with KBR standards and client requirements.</p>

<p>The commercial Team Leader (TL) supports and assists the Regional Security and Operations Manager (RSOM), Southern Iraq in the day-to-day management of region-wide commercial operations and specified projects. The commercial TL has a major impact on how potential clients assess the capabilities of Control Risks and as such is responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards of team presentation and capability. The commercial TL will be supporting an international client base that spans across oilfield services, seismic exploration, infrastructure, diplomatic and financial services sectors. Provide monthly movement summaries and operational updates to the COR and Contracting Officer (KO). Adapt operational methods, training approaches, and advisor support activities to Iraqi customs, political structures, cultural concerns, and local sensitivities.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>A four-year degree from an accredited institution in a field related to the position is preferred; equivalent significant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree when approved by the Government.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills and experience commensurate with a military non-commissioned officer with 8 12 years of leadership experience, or an equivalent level of corporate or private sector management experience.</li><li>Experience planning and executing operations, including current operations, logistics, movement planning, travel coordination, personnel accountability, and administrative oversight.</li><li>Proficient and experienced in coordinating air and ground movements, maintaining movement visibility, supporting force protection assessments, and serving as a subject matter expert for movement coordination.</li><li>Ability to maintain access to and use the United States Transportation Command Single Mobility System (SMS), as required.</li><li>Knowledge of Iraqi customs, culture, political structures, and cultural sensitivities, with the ability to adapt communication and operational approaches accordingly.</li><li>Proficient in operating a personal computer and experienced in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with Government leadership, the COR, KO, and cross-functional mission partners.</li><li>Ability to deploy to and work in Iraq in support of mission requirements.</li><li>For U.S. Citizens, must complete deployment processing through an approved Continental United States (CONUS) Replacement Center (CRC), including required deployment training at designated CONUS deployment centers such as the CRC at Fort Bliss, Texas, and redeployment through such centers.</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel internationally in support of mission needs, including movement by Embassy Air, Department of State Charter Air, secure ground transportation, and military air movements via rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft, as required.</li><li>Must possess a valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining eligibility at the time of deployment.</li><li>Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.</li><li>Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.</li><li>Comply with company drug and alcoholpolicy.</li><li>Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate s start date.</li><li>Eligibility Requirement - US Citizen (This requirement is necessary to meet the security and eligibility requirements for the performance of this contract).</li><li>Active Secret clearance.</li></ul><p></p></section>
