This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural oversight, mentoring development teams, and collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.</li><li>Define and drive Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, governance, and coding guidelines.</li><li>Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.</li><li>Design and oversee integrations with payment platforms, core banking systems, enterprise applications, and microservices using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.</li><li>Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance in a high-volume fintech environment.</li><li>Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance.</li><li>Establish and enforce Salesforce security architecture, data access models, and compliance with industry best practices.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.</li><li>Drive Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.</li><li>Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with the organization's technology strategy.</li><li>Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platform.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration documentation.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>8 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including solution architecture and technical leadership.</li><li>Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and platform customization.</li><li>Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.</li><li>Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, governor limits, and performance optimization.</li><li>Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, asynchronous processing, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.</li><li>Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications (e.g., payment platforms, banking systems, or ERP solutions) is highly preferred.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions.</li><li>Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>English required; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul><p></p></section>
