<p>The program logistics and property manager will be primarily based in Baghdad, Iraq. The logistics and property manager will manage all supply chain services, including acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing, and shipment of goods, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The logistics and property manager will report to program management to manage multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract. <h4>Duties</h4>

<li>Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Collect, analyze, and summarize data for report preparation and submit written reports.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver structured quarterly performance briefings to the project manager and business group vice president covering KPI status, trend analysis, corrective actions in progress, workforce performance metrics, and forecasted risks to logistics operations at BEC.</li>
<li>Conduct formal root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring logistics failures or chronic performance shortfalls; develop, implement, and track written corrective action plans (CAPs) with defined milestones, responsible parties, and completion timelines; report CAP status to program management at defined intervals.</li>
<li>Direct the work of a diverse employee population assigned to the program.</li>
<li>Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.</li>
<li>Identify chronic under-performance within the department workforce; develop and execute performance improvement plans (PIPs) with documented benchmarks, supervisory oversight, and outcome tracking to restore performance standards and prevent recurrence.</li>

<h4>Required experience</h4>

<li>Minimum acceptable experience level: ten (10) years’ progressive experience, including staff management, in a high volume, multi-unit receiving/inventory or supply management environment.</li>

<li>Demonstrated experience establishing, implementing, and managing formal performance improvement programs that address department deficiencies, restore contract compliance, and sustain corrected performance over time.</li>
