Prepare and submit to Finance Unit all payments related to Logistics services such as Utility Bills, Internet Bills, and Landlines Bills at the end of every month. Fleet management ensure that vehicle movement requests, both IOM and rented vehicles are supported and each vehicle has a vehicle logbook allocated. Ensure vehicle data is uploaded into the system in a timely and accurate manner to be able to generate monthly utilization and fuel consumption reports. Ensure Registration of all IOM assets and/or disposal with accordance with IOM procedures and regulations, and make sure that all the needed forms are signed by the staff upon assigning/releasing assets. Conduct and follow-up the fuel consumption for generators and track usage via log sheet. Communicate with the generators technician with regards to the generator's maintenance.
