<p>Experienced ELV Engineer to join our QA/QC department, focusing on quality control for extra-low voltage (ELV) and weak current systems in high-rise tower construction project for the Main Contractor. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site quality inspections for specialized systems, testing & commissioning experience, and the ability to maintain high professionalism and execution capability under intense work and tight schedules.</p><p>Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of ELV installation works during construction and post-completion phases. Verify site construction quality and compliance against approved drawings, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications. Identify quality deviations, installation defects, interference risks, and non-conformities; track corrective actions to closure. Supervise material receiving inspections (MIR); ensure compliance with approved material submittals and samples in terms of specification, brand, grade, and certification standards. Lead and participate in pre-commissioning inspections, system testing acceptance, and defect rectification processes. Witness and verify multi-system integration testing. Prepare and maintain punch lists for ELV systems; track the rectification status of each defect with photographic and technical records until closure. Review as-built drawings and O&M manuals for completeness and accuracy; ensure compliance with delivery standards. Coordinate with sub-contractors, specialized system vendors, consultants, and the client to complete final acceptance and handover sign-off processes. <p><br></p><p>This role Finance Analyst is based in Baghdad, Iraq, and will report directly to the Finance Manager. <p><h4>Purpose and scope:</h4>
<p>The site manager has overall responsibility for cost, schedule and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control/planning and quality management aspects of operation. Acts as primary point of contact for customers at the work site level.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>

<p>The IT HCS & VMware Platform Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) platform and related private or hybrid cloud services across the IT data center environment.</p>
<p>The role leads HCS platform support activities to ensure secure, available, scalable, and recoverable cloud services, while coordinating with infrastructure, network, security, application, vendor, and service management teams to meet business continuity and operational requirements.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Supervise daily administration of Huawei Cloud Stack services including ManageOne, FusionCompute, resource pools, projects or tenants, compute, storage, virtual networking, identity and access, monitoring, and platform health.</li>
