<p>The mechanical & piping construction supervisor is responsible for supervising field construction activities across mechanical and piping scopes within brownfield/greenfield project environments. <li>Conduct constructability reviews to identify risks, improve productivity, and optimize execution plans.</li>
<li>Integrate telecom infrastructure into the broader construction plan with minimal operational disruption.</li>
<li>Provide accurate progress reporting and maintain documentation integrity.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with Engineering and contractors.</li>
<li>Ensure telecom systems comply with international standards and project-specific requirements.</li>
<li>Lead multiple concurrent telecom construction packages, ensuring timely and quality delivery.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose telecom solutions.</li>
<li>Lead and motivate telecom technicians and contractor teams, setting clear objectives and expectations.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including non-technical personnel, ensuring clarity of requirements and interfaces.</li>
<li>Deliver telecom construction activities safely, on schedule, and within budget.</li>
<li>Maintain strict compliance with project specifications, standards, and HSE requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure quality of installation, testing, and commissioning activities.</li>
<li>Drive productivity improvements and resource-based planning (Level 4 Scheduling).</li>
<li>Maintain strong coordination between contractors, engineering, and client representatives.</li>
<li>Ensure seamless integration of telecom systems into operational infrastructure.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Education</h4>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.</p>
<h4>Experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in oil & gas telecommunications systems.</li>
<li>5–10 years of construction supervision experience.</li>
<li>Strong background in fiber optics, structured cabling, radio communication, CCTV, SCADA, and PAGA systems.</li>
<li>Experience in remote, challenging environments and both brownfield and greenfield projects.</li>
<li>Knowledge of international telecom standards and oil & gas HSE regulations.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team-building capability.</li>
<li>Proven experience in productivity measurement and resource-based planning.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
