<p>The Fuel Coordinator will be based at the U.S. Embassy Compound in Baghdad, Iraq and serve the Base Life Support Services (BLiSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. <p>To ensure the safe, hygienic, secure, and culturally appropriate management of female accommodation facilities on a remote oil and gas site, in full compliance with KBR policies and standards.</p>
<h4>Key accountabilities</h4>
<p><strong>Accommodation operations</strong><br>
Manage day-to-day operations of the female dormitory, ensuring compliance with KBR camp management plans and camp standards.<br>
Control and monitor room allocation, occupancy levels, and resident movements.<br>
Ensure accommodation facilities meet cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance standards at all times.<br>
Coordinate timely rectification of maintenance defects with facilities and maintenance teams.</p>
<p><strong>Housekeeping & staff supervision</strong><br>
Supervise housekeeping personnel assigned to female accommodation areas.<br>
Monitor performance, attendance, work quality, and compliance with HSE requirements.<br>
Ensure adequate housekeeping coverage in line with occupancy levels and project manpower.</p>
<p><strong>Resident welfare & conduct</strong><br>
Act as the designated welfare contact for female residents.<br>
Enforce dormitory rules, company code of conduct, and site policies fairly and consistently.<br>
Address resident complaints and concerns promptly, escalating where required through proper channels.<br>
Maintain a respectful, harassment-free living environment aligned with client and KBR ethics & compliance requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Health, safety & environment (HSE)</strong><br>
Ensure dormitory compliance with KBR HSE management and client HSE procedures.<br>
Conduct routine inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hygiene risks, or non-compliance.<br>
Participate in emergency response actions, including fire drills, evacuations, and muster roll calls.<br>
Report incidents, near misses, and observations using approved reporting systems.</p>

Coordinate with site security to maintain controlled and restricted access to female accommodation areas.<br>
Ensure privacy and cultural sensitivities are respected at all times.</p>
<p><strong>Administration & reporting</strong><br>
Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, check-in/check-out, incidents, and complaints.<br>
Prepare and submit reports as required by camp management and client representatives.<br>
Support client, internal audit, and HSE inspections.</p>

<p>Authority to enforce accommodation rules within designated female dormitory areas.<br>
Authority to raise work requests, HSE observations, and non-conformance reports related to accommodation services.<br>

<p>High school certificate or equivalent (hospitality, facilities management, or administration certification preferred).<br>
HSE awareness training (fire safety, first aid awareness – advantage).</p>

<p>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in camp services, accommodation supervision, or hospitality facility management.<br>
Previous experience on remote industrial sites (oil & gas, EPC/EPCM, construction, or mining) preferred.<br>
Experience working under major IOCs or in Majnoon Oil Field is an advantage.</p>

This includes participatin in the development of migration governance policies and related thematic areas of work such as Migrant Protection (in particular Counter Trafficking response and Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR)), Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, Immigration and Border Governance including the Family Assistance Programe (FAP), Labour Migration as well as Humanitarian Protection (inclusive of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention and response and Disability Inclusion). In close coordination with the Executive Office, the Head of MPI leads strategic engagement and coordination with external stakeholders, including government counterparts, UN agencies, and inter-agency coordination mechanisms particularly the UN Network on Migration (UNNM) and the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Network. The Head of MPI contributes to programme development, operational planning, donor engagement, and external representation with national authorities, United Nation (UN) counterparts, donors, and other partners. The Head of Mobility Pathways and Inclusion (MPI) ensures that the MPI portfolio remains coherent, responsive, and aligned with the Mission s strategic priorities and IOM s global mandate.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2>Required Qualifications and Experience</h2><ul><li>Master's degree in Law, Political or Social Sciences, Humanities, International Relations, Development Studies or a related field from an accredited academic institution with seven years of relevant professional experience; or, University degree in the above fields with nine years of relevant professional experience.
