<p>The Site Management Officer is responsible for (Follow up) all aspects of site acquisition, lease negotiations, contract renewals, coordination of security activities. This role involves field-based tasks to ensure site accessibility, security compliance, and operational readiness while maintaining smooth relationships with site owners and resolving site-related issues. Follow up, solve and complete/achieving all tasks in the best way to implement all corporate goals and requirements in a way that reflects positively on the company. Handle site acquisition processing via internal systems (click-on-site). Prepare and upload all required site acquisition documents. Conduct pre-plan and after-plan joint surveys for new and existing sites. Negotiate lease terms and rent with new and existing site owners (private and shared sites). Explain and clarify contract terms and conditions to site owners. Obtain approvals from owners for expansion, upgrades, or co-hosting with Asia cell. . Facilitate contract renewals by renegotiating lease terms and ensuring updated agreements are documented and explained. Conduct pre-plan site surveys for new sites, fixing MBTS, and additional infrastructure. Participate in after-plan joint surveys to validate implementation. Handover sites to designated security companies. Coordinate handovers with Deployment and Emergency Response (ER) teams. Prevent and manage site outages and complaints through calls or site visits. Reporting the issues related to site construction to the supervisor on daily basis, in addition reporting all the defects to subcontractors for fixing it. Prepare initial site layouts and civil/power/telecom work construction details and getting instruction from his superiors. Addressing each site requirement before implementation and get the required instruction and technical solutions before and during construction. Improving the quality of site work s by controlling implementation on field amending it according to Asia cell specifications. Following up deploying Asia cell technical specification in site construction. Following up applying all necessary technical tests on the materials and works in a professional way and discussing the results with his superiors. Coordination with other department (Acquisition team, RF, TR, Security) for new sites or expansion survey Preparing the actual BOQs for the sites that were constructed by subcontractor. Checking sites before warranty period came to end and monitoring defects till it be fixing. The role contributes to the timely and accurate delivery of internal and external reports, dashboards, and KPIs, including HSE and risk-related metrics.</p> <p>In addition, the Reporting Engineer is responsible for supporting project digitalization and information management initiatives, ensuring the effective governance, quality, accessibility, and integration of project information across all participating organizations. The position oversees the Information Management Assistant function and promotes the efficient use of digital collaboration platforms, reporting systems, document management tools, and data-sharing solutions to enhance project execution and stakeholder alignment.</p> <p>The role acts as a focal point between Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, HSE, Contractors, and Company stakeholders to ensure consistency, traceability, and reliability of project data and information throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <p>Iraq Common Seawater Supply Project (CSSP) intends to provide treated seawater to the oil fields in southern Iraq (for injection). CSSP is composed of water pipelines which are part of Basra Oil Company (BOC) scope of work, and the Water Infrastructure Project (WIP), previously named STF (Seawater Treatment Facilities). <p>The Quality Construction Inspector will support the U.S. Department of State contract in Iraq. Under specific direction, the Inspector will apply knowledge and experience of facility systems in the construction and modification of horizontal and vertical applications and support services for LCC department. They will demonstrate knowledge of setting and meeting Key Performance Indicators, to include the verification of compliance metrics in preliminary laydown, during construction phases and then final and acceptance inspections, utilizing the framework Amentum standards, OBO and DoS policies and regulations, local and international construction codes and standards (ICCS). This position will be responsible for providing oversight and collaboration of standards at construction sites, with the monitoring of construction teams, providing oversight in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing functions, directing inspections and managing work requirements, utilizing skills and knowledge requiring flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness.
