Job Objectives/Project context: The project is a gas plant located in Iraq, delivered under a DBOOM (Design, Build, Own, Operate, Maintain) contract. The Construction phase and Mechanical Completion are ongoing, Commissioning to be started very sooner. An experienced reinforcement is required to support the Commissioning & Start-Up Manager, drive contractors across all disciplines and accelerate activities in fast-track mode, with no compromise on safety or quality. Our Clients and Projects  Designing the future. Transforming the world.  This Project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in 2 phases. This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented Design to enhance the production.  The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24”, ~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities.  Our scope is to provide Engineering, Procurement services and Construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq. The scope of services includes FEED, detailed design, procurement support, and construction and commissioning assistance. This senior role requires strong leadership, advanced technical capability, and proven experience managing multi‑discipline construction interfaces in live operational environments. Accountabilities / Expectations <ul><li>Single Point Accountability (SPA) for all civil construction activities within the assigned plant area, ensuring safe execution, technical compliance, and alignment with project delivery requirements.</li><li>Lead and enforce site safety rules, SIMOPS controls, and construction risk mitigation strategies across all civil scopes, including earthworks, foundations, structural concrete, steel structures, roads, drainage, and underground utilities.</li><li>Own the technical scope, ensuring full understanding of design intent, construction interfaces, tie‑ins, and operational constraints.
