QualificationsEducation/Training<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Statistics, Humanitarian Affairs, or a related field.</li><li>Specialized training in PMEAL systems, project cycle management, or results-based management is highly desirable.</li><li>Certifications in M&E, accountability, or data management (e.g., INTRAC, ALNAP, CHS Alliance) are an added value.</li></ul>Experience/Technical Skills<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in PMEAL in humanitarian or development settings.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role in performance management and evaluation, preferably within a Red Cross/Red Crescent National Society or a similar organization.</li><li>Proven experience in strategic and SRD Center is recruiting qualified Enumerators / Interviewers to support a large-scale field research assignment in Baghdad and Basra. The assignment will involve face-to-face quantitative interviews with potential migrants, internally displaced persons and other relevant respondent groups. Approximately 1,000 1,200 interviews will be conducted using a Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) system. PurposeThe WatHab Generalist Project Officer brings civil and structural engineering expertise to the WatHab team in Iraq. مع خبرة تمتد لـ 75 عامًا، يتركز هدفنا على مساعدة الأطفال الأكثر ضعفًا في التغلب على الفقر وتجربة حياة مليئة. نحن نساعد الأطفال من جميع الخلفيات، حتى في الأماكن الأكثر خطورة، مستلهمين من إيماننا المسيحي. انضموا إلى أكثر من 31,000 موظف يعملون في نحو 100 دولة وشاركوا فرحة تحويل قصص حياة الأطفال المستضعفين! نوع عقد الموظف: محلي - موظف بعقد محدود المدة (Fixed Term) الوصف الوظيفي: فرصة عمل مختص تطوير أنظمة السوق - Ninewa هيئة كوارث ظل عالم فيجن الدولية هي منظمة إغاثة وتنمية ودفاع مسيحية مكرسة للعمل مع الأطفال وأسرهم ومجتمعاتهم في جميع أنحاء العالم للوصول إلى إمكاناتهم الكاملة من خلال معالجة أسباب الفقر والظلم. مكتب العالم في العراق يبحث عن شخص مؤهل للغاية ومتحفز لشغل وظيفة مختص تطوير أنظمة السوق - Ninewa. غرض المنصب: سيقود مختص تطوير أنظمة السوق تصميم وتنفيذ تدخلات أنظمة سوق شاملة ضمن مشروع المستقبل المستدام والقادر على الصمود - Ninewa. يركز الدور على تطبيق نهج الأسواق للمجتمعات من World Vision لتعزيز الروابط السوقية بين المنتجين والجهات القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات العامة، مع ضمان الكفاءة والاستدامة والشمول. سيحدد المختص فرصاً لتحسين وظائف السوق، وتسهيل تطوير سلسلة القيمة، وتصميم حلول تدعم نمو السوق ومرونته. تشمل المسؤوليات بناء قدرات موظفي المشروع وشركائه في تطوير أنظمة السوق، وتوحيد أدوات التنفيذ والمراقبة، وضمان ضمان الجودة في جميع أنشطة التنمية الاقتصادية. سيعمل المنصب عن قرب مع موظفي سبل العيش وجماعات الادخار والمؤسسات المالية بما فيها مزودو التمويل الأصغر لتمكين تطوير أنظمة سوق متكاملة وتحقيق أثر قابل للقياس للمزارعين والشركات المحلية. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: 1. القيادة الفنية، رسم خريطة لأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، التنسيق للسوق، وتحليل سلسلة القيمة: توفير القيادة الفنية فيما يخص أنظمة السوق وسلاسل القيمة لمشروع المستقبل المستدام والقادر على الصمود Ninewa، اعتماد وحدة الأسواق للمجتمعات؛ رسم خريطة وربط المنتجين من أصحاب الحيازات الصغيرة وجماعات الادخار بالشبكات الأساسية للسوق (المؤسسات الخاصة/ العامة/ المالية) لزيادة الإنتاجية وربحية الدخول الأسرية؛ تطوير/المساهمة في مواد التدريب والاصدارات لإدارة المشاريع الزراعية والشركات غير الزراعية بما في ذلك مراكز الجمع والتطوير لسلسلة القيمة؛ تحديد ودعم فرص التسويق المتخصصة (مثل المحاصيل عالية القيمة وفرص خارج المزرعة). 2. الرصد والتقييم والتقارير والتعلم وإدارة المعرفة: تطوير أدوات وتقنيات جمع البيانات لمراقبة التدخلات (بما في ذلك كمية وقيمة المنتجات المسوقة في مراكز الجمع/التعاونيات); إجراء زيارات متابعة لتقييم التقدم وتقديم الدعم الفني; توثيق الدروس المستفادة وأفضل الممارسات والنجاحات ودراسات الحالة والآثار للمشاركة داخليًا وخارجيًا; مساعدة مدير المشروع وأخصائي MEAL في إعداد تقارير الجهات المانحة في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية؛ تطبيق نهج مبتكر لمراقبة وتقييم أداء وفعالية وتأثير تدخلات سبل العيش; دعم دراسات الأساس والخط الأساس، البحث في سبل العيش المستدامة والتنمية الاقتصادية؛ توثيق دراسات حالة تُظهر التحول الاجتماعي ونتائج التنمية المستدامة. 3. الشراكات، الشبكات، الانخراط الخارجي والدعوة: تحديد وتوصيف وبناء روابط استراتيجية مع شركاء عبر سلاسل القيمة، ونظم السوق، والشمول المالي؛ الربط مع المؤسسات المالية/MFIs لتمكين التمويل المخصص وتطوير المنتجات لتحسين السلع ونمو الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة؛ ضمان التنسيق الفعّال والانخراط بين شركاء المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة لتنفيذ خطة الاعمال لتمكين الاقتصاد؛ إقامة والحفاظ على العلاقات مع وزارة الزراعة ووزارة التجارة والصناعة وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين؛ زيادة وضوح المشروع من خلال المشاركة في تطوير سلسلة القيمة ونظم م markets؛ تعزيز التعلم المشترك من خلال الشبكات؛ المشاركة في اجتماعات الشبكات وتوجيه الأعضاء نحو تحسين سبل العيش المتبادل المنفعة؛ تمثيل المشروع في المنتديات وورش العمل والمؤتمرات؛ اللقاء بانتظام مع هيئات ذات تفكير مماثل لاستراتيجيات فعالة لتطوير أنظمة السوق؛ تقوية المنصات للسلاسل القيمة المفضلة على المزرعة وخارجها وعلى غير المزرعة؛ تحديد قضايا الدعوة التي تؤثر في صغار المزارعين وتحفيز أصحاب المصلحة للتأثير على السياسات وإزالة العوائق وتوسيع الوصول إلى الأسواق؛ قيادة رسم الخرائط/الاختيار/الانخراط/التنسيق مع فاعلي القطاع الخاص. 4. الحصول على المنح والموارد: تحديد التحديات/الفرص ضمن مناطق المشروع وصياغة مفاهيم/اقتراحات للمانحين; المشاركة في تطوير مذكرات المفاهيم/الاقتراحات للأمن المعيشي/المرونة؛ إنتاج بيانات وأدلة عالية الجودة لدعم المقترحات وعرض الآثار؛ بناء/تعزيز العلاقات مع الجهات الفاعلة في القطاع الخاص والجهات المانحة لاستكشاف التمويل؛ الاستفادة من الأدلة الميدانية لجذب تمويل إضافي لتدخلات أنظمة السوق. أداء واجبات أخرى حسب الحاجة
