<p>Electronic PTW (ePTW) Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the ePTW system in areas where it has already been rolled out, as well as supporting its rollout in new areas and departments. The Electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the electronic Permit to Work system to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient control of work activities. The role includes system administration, user support, permit workflow monitoring, training coordination, reporting, and ensuring consistent adherence to these procedures throughout the organization.</p>

<p>Overview **This position will be physically located in Iraq in support of LOGCAP** Under the supervision of the Senior Materials Manager and/or Task Order Manager, the Materials Manager manages a staff of employees in the performance of all aspect of LOGCAP V Materiel Management and Accounting at the assigned location in accordance with DFARS 252.242-7004. Maintains records and logs of materiel received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed; coordinates materiel transfers throughout the AOR, conducts periodic materiel inventories, and prepares report of materiel status. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + Provide assistance to the Site Manager and or Task Order Manager, in order to effectively manage all Government Furnished Materiel (GFM) to help develop and coordinate the implementation of Property policies and procedures. + Responsible for ordering and tracking materiel request and perform clerical and manual duties in program areas including receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materiel in support of LOGCAP V Iraq Task Order. + Identifies, plans and coordinates workload assignments to optimize use of resources to include personnel and equipment management in support of materiel management functional area requirements. + Utilizes a good working knowledge of governing materiel management systems, programs, policies, procedures, and established guidelines, to take appropriate control and action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines. + Must have a thorough and working knowledge of the Government Regulations to include FAR, DFARS, AR710-2 D.A. PAM 710-2-1 and the Vectrus LOGCAP Property Management Plan. + Accurately manages inventory levels by regularly checking shelves, updating the database and preparing inventory reports, and maintain an electronic database to generate various reports as assigned. + Coordinate with subordinates to ensure all required reports are submitted accurately and on time. + Provides management direction and oversight to include overseeing day to day materiel control operations. This may include but not limited to inventory reporting, proper materiel storage, materiel receiving, shipping and preparation of all supporting documentation. + Assist and maintain 100% accountability of all Materiel records through the Maximo Implementation System and must have knowledge of Army Supply System including DLIS FedLog as required. + Conduct periodic checks on warehouse operations, to ensure materiel accountability is being maintained. + Ensures that employees are always in compliance with established Safety Policies, Regulations, and Reporting. + Ensures proper safeguard, storage, and utilization of all government furnished materiel. + Ensures that record maintenance is being performed on a regular basis to make sure that records are updated and accurate. + Performs other duties and assignments as required. <p>Job specification:
The postholder plays a critical role in the readiness of Canines. He/She is the lead in overseeing canine operations, and ensuring K9 readiness, compliance with MOI K9 Training & Evaluation Directorate and aviation security standards, and effective deployment of K9 teams to check points for screening and patrols where required. The post holder works directly for the Head of the K9 Unit in managing the daily operations, canine logistics, and closely with the K9 Training Team in ensuring that all handlers and K9s are fully trained, certified and operationally effective. He/She works with the Unit Veterinarian in overseeing canine welfare, daily nutrition and daily kenneling activities.
