<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Provide first-line technical support for communications equipment across Control Risks Iraq operations. Conduct fault finding, testing and basic diagnostics on Motorola handheld radios, Motorola vehicle-mounted radios, HF systems, UHF/VHF systems, TETRA radios, satellite phones, antennas, chargers, batteries and related accessories. Assist with the installation, removal, inspection and testing of vehicle-mounted communications systems, including Motorola radios, HF/UHF equipment, antennas, speakers, microphones, power cables and mounting kits. Support the installation, testing and troubleshooting of IVMS and vehicle tracking systems. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly checks on communications equipment to confirm serviceability, battery condition, signal performance and operational readiness. في بيئة ميدانية؛ دعم عمليات المكتب القومي في حالات الطوارئ والعمليات المعقدة/بعد النزاع;</li><li>معرفة وخبرة مثبتة في الامتثال للأمن السيبراني وتنفيذ ضوابط الأمان والصيانة، والاستجابة لحوادث الأمن السيبراني والتعافي.</li><li>معرفة وخبرة واسعة بتطبيقات Microsoft 365 السحابية والتقنيات المرتبطة بها؛ و،</li><li>خبرة في تقديم المشورة للمسؤولين التنفيذيين حول تطوير الأنظمة في بيئة أعمال متغيرة بما في ذلك تبعات البدائل المختلفة على تطبيقات الأعمال المخطط لها للمتطلبات المستقبلية وغيرها من القضايا ذات الصلة.</li><li>معرفة واسعة بإدارة Windows التشغيلية وأنظمة الشبكات وTCP/IP والتليفونات والموصلات الشبكية وأجهزة Cisco وVPN وVoiP وMS Office وAntivirus Software وغيرها من الأدوات.</li><li>مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية متقدمة؛ مهارات ناعمة مصقولة وقدرة مثبتة على التواصل مع قادة الأعمال وأولئك الذين لديهم خلفية تقنية محدودة بشكل فعال؛</li><li>معرفة واسعة بنظام تشغيل Windows وإدارة أنظمة الشبكات وTCP/IP والتليفونات وبروتوكولات الشبكة وأجهزة Cisco وVPN وVoIP وتطبيقات MS Office 365 وبرامج مكافحة الفيروسات، وغيرها من الأدوات؛</li><li>معرفة بتطوير الويب ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية وأدوات التخطيط هو ميزة؛</li><li>إثبات القدرة على العمل بأقل إشراف وإظهار مستوى عالٍ من المبادرة والمثابرة والالتزام المهني لتحقيق نتائج عالية الجودة؛</li><li>معرفة وخبرة مثبتة في أنظمة معلومات قواعد البيانات وأدوات معالجة البيانات؛</li><li>معرفة بتطوير الويب وأدوات التطوير الأخرى والتقارير، بما في ذلك التوقعات المستقبلية لإمكانات التقنيات الحالية والحديثة؛</li><li>إثبات القدرة على التعامل مع البيانات السرية بطريقة مهنية ومسؤولة وناضجة؛ و،</li><li>إثبات القدرة على تدريب الأفراد، والعمل بفعالية وبانسجام مع
