<p>Define, maintain and enforce governance standards, delivery methodology and best practices for the RPA program across both the UiPath and Blue Prism platforms; act as the accountable owner of program quality and compliance.</p>

<h3>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><p>Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by adhering to Local Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations and the Corporate Health, Safety & Environment Policy, and applying Safety Management Systems. Review HSE risk acceptance criteria and specific emergency preparedness requirements for Well Intervention projects and update as required. Maintain an overview of all non-conformances that have arisen with regard to specific operations. Investigate and report on-site incidents and non-conformances where assigned. Participate in regular well service and stimulation unit inspections with the contractor and act on the results of these. Ensure QA/QC commitments from service companies are applied. Perform QHSE audits of service companies in accordance with the company rules. Identify and manage simultaneous operations (SIMOPS). Prepare, approve, and enforce the SIMOPS matrix and permit wherever rigless activity runs concurrently with production, drilling, construction, or third-party activity, and coordinate daily operations in accordance with that permit. Review the well intervention programs/instructions. Lead and optimize the design of the well intervention, starting from the conceptual design and managing the installation of the final design. Assist WS team in the preparation of AFEs for each operation. Maintain the database for each well and field. Serve as technical lead for the call-for-tender process for well intervention and rigless service contracts, and contribute to the development of contracting strategy for intervention services. Ensure all programmes, procedures and reports are prepared in accordance with the company's Well Delivery Process and the company's Business Management System. Plan and coordinate well intervention operations including pressure surveys, fishing, perforations, CBL/VDL logging, sand clean-out, TTBPs, water shut-off, etc. Review all job/service tickets concerning WI activity and verify they are in compliance with contractual requirements and quote proposals. Coordinate logistics for the movement of intervention equipment, materials, and personnel to minimize cost while maintaining operational readiness. Maintain working knowledge of ESP-completed wells, including Y-tool bypass space-out, packer and hanger penetrators and cable splices, so that interventions on ESP wells are planned and executed without damage to the installation. Verify and maintain the well barrier philosophy throughout every intervention. Confirm the number, type, and integrity of barriers continuously during execution, and stop the operation where barrier status cannot be assured. Oversee the preparation of wells for servicing and intervention, arranging pre-job kill procedures where applicable and ensuring appropriate barriers and well control equipment are in place and tested. Select and apply the appropriate shut-in procedures for well control incidents encountered during intervention, so as to maintain well integrity and avoid harm to personnel or the environment. Develop and maintain policies, procedures and contingency plans for conducting interventions on live wells and under pressure, and document operational best practice and case histories. Plan, execute and interpret pressure and leak testing of surface and subsurface equipment, and ensure statutory requirements, company procedures and safe work practices are met throughout. Act as the final field authority for coiled tubing intervention. Approve or reject non-standard CT practices within delegated authority, and exercise the authority to suspend or terminate CT operations to protect people, the environment and well integrity. Review the design and lead complex or higher-risk coiled tubing operations, including milling, live-well intervention, tight-margin work, and operations in HPHT, sour, depleted or complex SIMOPS environments. Review CT clean-out operations plan, including asphaltene and organic deposit removal, fill clean-out, and nitrogen lifting, displacement and kick-off. Diagnose and manage non-routine CT events lock-up, buckling, differential sticking, reach limitation, circulation losses and pressure anomalies and direct contingency and recovery actions, including recovery of stuck or parted strings. Review and challenge CT string fatigue and life-tracking records, and tubing-force and hydraulics modelling, before approving any CT programme. Diagnose and treat emulsion blocks and near-wellbore damage. Select and approve chemical packages with production chemistry support, and verify that compatibility and bottle testing have been completed before treatment. Lead post-job reviews for all CT and stimulation operations, capture lessons learned, and cascade them to the WS team and contractors. Daily operations meeting and communication with the Dubai team in town. Check Daily Reports during all WI operations (DWR) before sending it to the management list. Confirm the Daily Cost Tracker during all WS operations (DCR). The role contributes to World Vision’s objective of improving the health and wellbeing of children through enhanced access to safe water and sanitation, the promotion of positive hygiene behaviors, and the empowerment of women and persons with disabilities (PWDs). </p><br><p>The WASH Officer will support the training of PWDs on accessibility, hygiene promotion, and facility management, and will facilitate the development of business plans for female WASH entrepreneurs. The position will also be responsible for supervising and conducting WASH assessments, studies, and designs, as well as reviewing and overseeing the rehabilitation of water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities to ensure quality, sustainability, and alignment with community needs. </p><br><p>In addition, the WASH Officer will conduct participatory local stakeholder and GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) analyses, foster partnerships with women-led and disability-focused local NGOs and support the mapping of PWDs in target areas in close collaboration with local disability organizations. The role will also facilitate community-driven initiatives and contribute to the design and implementation of disability-inclusive WASH facilities in public spaces for PWDs. disability , leadership skills, WASH behaviors, financial literacy , life skills training and women empowerment for GESI representative WASH groups and other groups involved in the project progress against payment and work plans, and controlling the quality of the final construction outputs as per donor and user community expectations. </p><br><p>· Assist in applying Quality benchmark tool on the project in coordination with MEAL team </p><br><p>· Maintain construction budgets components to ensure appropriate and efficient use of resources in the project. </p><br><p><b>Monitoring, Reporting and Administration: </b></p><br><p>· Ensure that project documentation is prepared, including weekly and monthly project reports on implementation/construction status, and update shared folders as per World Vision requirements. </p><br><p>· Track and monitor progress of all WASH activities against work plans, budgets, and timelines, flagging risks, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager. </p><br><p>· Collect, compile, and analyze field data to inform evidence-based decisions and adaptive project management. </p><br><p>· Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, contractors, suppliers, and WASH assets, ensuring compliance with organizational and donor standards. </p><br><p>· Ensure proper filing and documentation of all technical, financial, and administrative records, supporting internal audits and compliance checks. </p><br><p>· Facilitate communication and information sharing between field teams, management, and other relevant departments <p>The post holder is responsible for the delivery of Ground Security training programs to the Response team through courses and workshops, ensuring that all Response Team Security staff are well-trained with weapons and basic tactics, incident responses and capable of performing their duties efficiently and safely.
Additionally, ensuring that other airport workers and stakeholders receive requisite security training and briefings in accordance with mandated international security standards, as required. It includes weapon training and assisting in the conduct of 6-monthly range shoots for Response Team personnel, continuous assessment and improvement of security training procedures and implementing various training methods and best practice to develop and enhance staff skills and performance.
All training must be compliant with the Regulatory requirements of ICAO Document 8973 Aviation Security, MOI ROE and the ICAA National Civil Aviation Security Training Program (NCASTP).
A solid knowledge of performance management tools, techniques, and utilizing ‘state of the art’ technology, is vital, along with the ability to forge relationships with peers and customers.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
a) Regulatory requirements: Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all pertinent security regulations and standard operating procedures, the training requirements of the ICAO Document 8973 Security Manual, the ICAA National Civil Aviation Security Training Program (NCASTP) and the MOI Rules of Engagement.
b) Lesson Plans & Courses : Assist in the development, and then deliver comprehensive ground security Response training programs, including lesson plans, exercises and instructional materials for all identified training courses – specifically the core regulated security courses for a Response Team Security Officer (RSO), the supervisory and specialist courses for the experienced Response staff (RSS), incident management, Rules of Engagement and for all airport staff the General Security Awareness Training (GSAT) and customer service courses. Create and conduct training sessions on Response Team security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
c) Course Preparation & Delivery : Organize and prepare all courses to international standards, quality checked against stated learning objectives, then delivered in the national language of Iraq or, when required, in English. (Ensure all courses, lesson plans, examinations and power point presentations are written in Arabic and English).
d) On-Boarding Induction: Assist the HoS Security Training in the conduct of effective induction and orientation sessions for all new security hires.
e) Weapon Training: Deliver basic Weapon Training modules to Ground Security Staff including: the safety and operation of weapons, ammunition, marksmanship, dry shooting training, basic tactics and Rules of Engagement.
f) Range Shoots: Assist the HoS Response Team (QRF) (Range Conducting Officer), and Range Safety Officers in the conduct and supervision of the 6-monthly range shoots for all Response Team personnel.

<p>Under general supervision: From Surface Facilities IAM Project Manager or Project/Asset Manager, supervises the operations on the field projects for a given project or several projects in an asset. Establishes scope of work with site customer and site representative. Checks design documentation for adequacy to specific site conditions and agreed scope of work. Proposes engineering adjustments to site condition as required. Visits site before and during the project and verifies that applied project procedures by contractor will allow compliance of technical requirements and timely completion. Additional responsibilities include verifying project advance payment and contractor resource allocation; commenting and proposing adjustments to comply with project schedule and budget; verifying safety conditions at site and stop work if required; informing management and personnel of unsafe practice. Also participates in site project meetings with contractor and customer, and coordinates site inspection by QA/QC, HSE and commissioning teams in a timely matter.
