<li>Coordinates the planning, logistics, and development of products, as directed, to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective marketing campaigns and promotional events. </li>
</ul>

<li>Plans for introductions and prepare marketing plans and related marketing activity, to evaluate potential new products, provide recommendations, research viability and risks, and monitor development execution. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conducts market research and analysis, to evaluate market strategies and develop Hikma’s business. </li>
<li>Conducts comprehensive product evaluations and makes product recommendations based on financials, aggregate risk, and technologies, to maintain and constantly update the product portfolio. </li>
<li>Monitors and apply industry trends and intelligence to the portfolio, to ensure a robust and successful product pipeline. </li>
<li>Collaborates with Business Development, to identify potential new products and technologies and utilizes tools and processes available for product forecasting and evaluation. </li>

<p><br></p><p>The position (Full Time /Medical Representatives, Iraq / Baghdad) are based in Iraq /Baghdad and will report directly to First Line Managers. The roles will be responsible to achieve agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within a given territory. Build productive scientific-based HCP relationships taking responsibility for satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their healthcare needs.</p><p>Your Responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets (Quantity & Quality) through face to face meetings and detailing the assigned Doctors and Pharmacists and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.</li><li>To meet or exceed sales targets (Sales Growth/Market Share Growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.</li><li>To promote defined Acino products according to campaign briefs and policies and appropriate use of Brand visuals (Detail aid, Brand Reminder, Medical Reference), in face to face meeting and detailing the assigned doctors and pharmacists and in line with campaign brief and policies approved by FLM and Marketing team.</li><li>Periodical visits to HCP's in hospitals, Polyclinics, and pharmacies to establish a strong scientific-based relationship and position Acino as the Company of choice for the HCPs.</li><li>To ensure all doctors/HCP/KOL receive the right message, information, and clinical studies.</li><li>To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of Acino priority products, technical information, product knowledge, strategy, positioning, key messages and marketing program.</li><li>Identity business opportunities within the respective area and evaluate learning's to develop business initiatives and tactics to realize the real potential.</li><li>Understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate and recommend actions to counter-act these in order to help protect our market position.</li><li>Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss the market situation, problems that were faced, and to appraise the activities versus the monthly KPIs.</li><li>Monitor all competitor activities, medical conferences, and round tables and report it to management.</li><li>Build strong relationships to targeted HCPs and mapping the Decision-Making networks.</li><li>Strict professional handling of samples and maintaining the appropriate storage condition from receiving till handling to customer.</li><li>Effective execution of AVA Local/International conferences and meetings with Health Care professionals in line with campaign brief and policies in line with the AVA plan.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and have ID Syndicate of Pharmacists 0-3 years of experience in sales preferred experience. Outstanding sales acumen and business aptitude. Excellent communication skills and influencing ability. High degree of customer focus. Excellent command of English (spoken and written).</p>

Provide medical evaluations to include annual employee physicals, medical testing and the issuance of required immunizations. Ensure the contractor workforce is compliant with applicable US and host national laws for medical clearances. Stabilize and manage medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) services for patients identified as requiring higher level evaluation or services. Provide liaison with external agencies where required to promote chain of care continuity and professional referral/patient handover. Ensure best practice in line with clinical guidelines and SOPs. Actively participates in Mass Casualty exercises and events. Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies. Additional Duties: Compliance with International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. policies and procedures.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Completed a minimum of 5-years post-residency medical practice experience in the United States.</li><li>Have very high fluency in both oral and written English.</li><li>Current experience in direct patient care and must have worked a minimum of 6-months of the last 12-months in career field.</li><li>Experience on a military/government site, working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred.</li><li>Remote site experience preferred.</li><li>Graduated from an accredited US Medical School or equivalent international school.</li><li>Successfully completed residency, or equivalent training, in a US Hospital or equivalent international hospital in any one of three specialties: Family Practice, General Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.</li><li>Hold a U.S. MD or DO current license with certifications(s) to practice medicine in the United States.</li><li>Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).</li><li>DEA number or Equivalent.</li><li>Proficient IT skills including use of electronic medical records systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Maintain a calm, confident demeanor when in stressful situations.</li><li>Results oriented and able to meet project deliverables.</li><li>Cultural sensitivity and awareness.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet demanding deadlines.</li><li>Effective oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending/stooping, kneeling, twisting.
