<p>Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical &amp; Instrumentation (E&amp;I) Engineer to supervise and execute electrical and instrumentation installation activities on a large-scale construction project. The successful candidate will ensure all installation works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. For projects meeting the investment criteria, the Manager, Technical will lead a team at the Asset or Country level to generate conceptual field development plans, the focus of which will be towards certain challenging oilfield development environments where Halliburton's technology and prowess can improve recovery efficiency, increase production, and/or reduce development cost per unit of production. Major responsibilities include management of a core team of geoscientists and petroleum engineers to support the required evaluations. Additional responsibilities include implementing best practices to support the efficient and effective evaluation, well engineering, and field development planning work required as part of the project development process. Provides effective coordination of technical resources working in other Halliburton Product Service Lines and Regions to support analyses of new opportunities and oversight of assets under development.
