<p>Head / Chief Cook plans meals and supervises and co-ordinates work of cooks and other kitchen helpers in large industrials catering service. Plans daily menu, taking into account probable number of residents, marketing conditions, popularity of various multi Indian dishes and recency of menus used, and assigns prices to items. Supervises preparation and cooking of food, and instructs cooks as required. Concocts special dishes and invents recipes. Tests cooked foods by tasting or smelling them. Requisitions or purchases food supplies and kitchen equipment as necessary and checks them for quality and quantity and supervises cooks and other kitchen workers. May hire and discharge cooks. The Head Chief cook is responsibility for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the department is always mentioned at the highest level. <p>Event Management Service for a Social Dialogue Workshops Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq 6 and 18th August 2026 Background and Context: More than 1.1 million Iraqis remain in protracted displacement, concentrated in the KRI and Ninawa. The Employment and Employability project has documented youth unemployment among some IDP groups at 49.6%, female refugee labour-force participation below 3% in Erbil and Duhok, and informality rates around 94% among young displaced men. The Iraqi Government's ongoing closure of IDP camps adds urgency: without a tripartite framework, people leaving camps risk moving into unprotected informal work with no recourse. The first social dialogue session will be based on the Policy Brief, Refugees, IDPs and labour market Integration in Iraq and Kurdish Region of Iraq: Advancing Inclusion through Employment that was commissioned by the GIZ supported project, Promoting Employment and Employability among Refugees, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and Host Communities focusing on Women, PWDs, and Youths in Northern Iraq. That alone gives the session a concrete, ready-to-sign output. The broader discussion on labour market access barriers and active labour market policies adds systemic value. In addition, a second social dialogue will be held to discuss labour migration. Iraq recently issued new regulations on the recruitment and employment of foreign workers, creating an urgent implementation challenge that is felt differently at the federal and KRI levels. <p>Field Production Technologist is part of the Well Reservoir Facilities Management team in the Petroleum Engineering Department. The primary job purpose is to ensure technical support to wells performance, close monitoring and maintain well integrity, respond to production planning and reservoir engineers requests for well deliverability and optimization decisions on site.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Daily production of well performance, spot anomalies, diagnose well production issues and performance monitoring according to well operating envelope.</li>
