<p><h4>Purpose and scope:</h4>
<p>The site manager has overall responsibility for cost, schedule and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control/planning and quality management aspects of operation. Acts as primary point of contact for customers at the work site level.</p>

The role will be responsible for supplying well engineering and well operation support across the Wells department. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of a bespoke Wells Management System (WMS), engineering and management of integrated well engineering projects across the drilling, workover and well services functions as well as providing peer review and guidance to the wider WE community.<br> <br> The individual shall have a broad experience base across drilling, workover and well services with a main experience base in one or more of these areas. A thorough understanding of Wells organisations and management systems in complex operations will be required; similarly a strong working relationship with the wells operations teams, subsurface, HSE, base management, reservoir engineering and contractors is essential. <p>Purpose and Scope: Supervise the Maintenance cycle to ensure satisfactory completion of the program objectives. Essential Responsibilities: Supervises all maintenance operations for assigned equipment in accordance with applicable PWS, Company policies, OSHA, DOT, ANSI, ASME and applicable military regulations. Supervises shop foreman and mechanics to include vacation planning, discipline, conducting performance evaluations, and training. Establishes job priorities and estimates down time. Coordinates work flow for downed equipment waiting for parts to minimize backlog of work and cost to customer division.
