The project focuses on three key objectives: 1. Water Management: Improve water availability and increase irrigation efficiency to ensure sustainable water supply for agricultural production in the targeted governorates. 2. Climate Change Adaptation: Reduce the impacts of climate change, particularly declining rainfall and increasing water scarcity, by supporting more resilient and efficient irrigated agriculture systems. 3. Purpose and Scope of Assignment The HSSE Field Monitor will report directly to the HSSE Senior Analyst / Project Manager and will work in close coordination with Site Engineers and other project team members.
