Acknowledge satisfactory delivery with Hotel Seal and signature<br>• Ensure that the Supplier invoices are processed in FBM as per standards and in a timely manner<br>• Review and process the Deviations Report, Outstanding Order Report as per Hotel Standards<br>• Review on a weekly basis Outgoing Records (OR) for serial control and completeness. <br>• Identify OR that is outstanding and highlight it to Department Heads in the Outstanding Outgoing Record Report as per Hotel Standards<br>• Develop and maintain manual and computer filing system and ensure that the files are properly named, catalogued and access is restricted to authorised persons<br>• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment<br>• Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures</p> </div>

<p>Under general supervision: From Surface Facilities IAM Project Manager or Project/Asset Manager, supervises the operations on the field projects for a given project or several projects in an asset. Establishes scope of work with site customer and site representative. Checks design documentation for adequacy to specific site conditions and agreed scope of work. Proposes engineering adjustments to site condition as required. Visits site before and during the project and verifies that applied project procedures by contractor will allow compliance of technical requirements and timely completion. Additional responsibilities include verifying project advance payment and contractor resource allocation; commenting and proposing adjustments to comply with project schedule and budget; verifying safety conditions at site and stop work if required; informing management and personnel of unsafe practice. Also participates in site project meetings with contractor and customer, and coordinates site inspection by QA/QC, HSE and commissioning teams in a timely matter. Prepares periodic reports for upper management. Additional Role Responsibilities: (1). Supervises the activities of assigned personnel at BIN-UMAR &amp;SINDBAD Stations well site. Performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position; (2). Supervises all activities under the Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are fully implemented and adhered to, so that Loss Prevention is maximized; (3). Drive innovative solutions to operating issues, ensure accurate measurement and optimize operations; (4). Prepare, maintain, and execute terminal operating and capital budgets, establish and monitor key performance indicators; (5). Set priorities, assign projects, monitor progress and set standards for a high performing team; (6). Organization and Cooperate with maintenance team do the PM/CM and troubleshooting jobs; (7). Monitor and operate the SAP/CMMS system. (8). Contribute and participate in successful completion of plant improvements; (9). Performs E.R.T. responsibilities as stipulated in Loss Control Procedures and acts as an emergency response team Managerer in case of emergency. (10). Control, minimize and monitor flare losses &amp; waste generation. (11). Coordinates with Royal commission and other outside party for flare losses &amp; waste management. (12). Identify team and individuals limitations and develop contingency plans to address any short fall.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Requires undergraduate degree in Engineering or similar discipline, and preferably a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in planning, design and construction of surface facilities for oil fields. Preferred Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years relevant experience in their discipline or in an operations environment within the oil &amp; gas industry. Recognized International Qualifications (NVQ, C&amp;G, OPITO etc) Valid Emergency Response competence CMMS/SAP Experience Coaching &amp; Development Experience (Competence Assessors preferred) Commissioning experience Experience from similar challenging environments. Tasks: The Expert will be expected to: • Develop and/or refine the quantitative research methodology and sampling strategy. • Design a representative sampling approach for the target populations in Baghdad and Basra. • Advise on sample allocation across governorates, districts, and relevant respondent groups. • Provide technical input into the survey questionnaire and ensure consistency with the research objectives. • Support adaptation and pre-testing of the quantitative research instrument. • Develop data quality assurance and quality control procedures for field implementation. • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of enumerator training. • Support the Field Coordinator in monitoring quantitative data collection. • Review incoming field data for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and potential data quality problems. • Develop or supervise data cleaning, coding, validation, and management procedures. • Ensure that datasets are properly anonymised and handled according to applicable data protection requirements. • Conduct statistical analysis using appropriate quantitative analysis software. • Produce tables, graphs, cross-tabulations, and other statistical outputs. • Conduct disaggregated and location-specific analysis where appropriate. • Interpret quantitative findings and identify major patterns and trends. • Integrate quantitative findings with qualitative evidence and stakeholder mapping. • Contribute substantially to drafting the methodology, findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations of the research report. • Support preparation of data visualisations and the executive summary. • Respond to technical comments and contribute to revision and finalisation of research outputs.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>University degree, at minimum a Bachelor's degree, in statistics, econometrics, social sciences, research methods, economics, demography, or another relevant discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.</li><li>At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in quantitative research, data collection, and statistical analysis.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in survey design and implementation.</li><li>Strong experience developing sampling methodologies for large-scale surveys.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in quantitative data management, cleaning, validation, and analysis.</li><li>Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R, or equivalent.</li><li>Experience working with CAPI-based surveys is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience with research involving migration, displacement, returnees, vulnerable populations, labour markets, or socio-economic issues is an advantage.</li><li>Previous research experience in Iraq or the wider Western Asia/Middle East region is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to translate complex quantitative findings into clear analytical conclusions and practical recommendations.</li><li>Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.</li><li>Good written and spoken English.</li><li>Arabic language skills are an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary research team and under tight timelines.</li></ul>
