<p>SRD Center is seeking qualified Data Processing / Data Management Assistants to support the processing, validation, cleaning, organisation, and anonymisation of quantitative research data collected through a large-scale field survey in Baghdad and Basra. The primary scope of this program is to execute medical support services at the United States Embassy and adjacent facilities in the Middle East.</p> <h4>Job summary</h4> <p>The administrative assistant - UDS coordinator responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as procurement or engineering but are mainly administrative in nature.</p> <h4>Roles and responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Serve as client point of contact regarding UDS concerns.</li> <li>Manage UDS schedule specifically on updates with additional donors and cancellations.</li> <li>Respond to donor and process prescriptions.</li> <li>File UDS scanned Rapid/COC form.</li> <li>Upload donors data for processing specimen results.</li> <li>MRO point of contact between donors.</li> <li>Submit prescription Rapid/COC form to MRO.</li> <li>Notify client on DER assist with non-negative medical review.</li> <li>Deliver specimen results.</li> <li>Prepare end of the month collection report.</li> <li>Perform routine logistical support tasks such as receiving material and routing it to a responsible party.</li> <li>Coordinate and implement office services, interpret and communicate operating policies.</li> <li>Analyze health unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and create new systems or revise established procedures.</li> <li>Locate and compile information and format reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information on Excel.</li> <li>Assemble and categorize facts and figures for written computation and calculations.</li> <li>Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets to manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.</li> <li>Identify “close calls” and/or safety concerns to supervisory personnel.</li> <li>Review and answer correspondence.</li> <li>Coordinate collection and preparation of operating reports such as time and attendance, terminations, and budget expenditures.</li> <li>Answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients, and organize files.</li> <li>Update and maintain patient charts.</li> <li>Monitor radio communication and internet communication.</li> <li>Assist with managing the day-to-day activities and prioritizing tasks.</li> <li>Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.</li> <li>Comply with all applicable standards and guidelines.</li> <li>Operate personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software.</li> <li>Prepare administrative correspondence and reports as required.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h4>Basic qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years work experience in administration field. Some medical administration experience preferred.</li> <li>Experience working with unit operating practices, such as record keeping systems.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and to work positively within a team environment maintaining professionalism.</li> <li>Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond in a timely manner.</li> </ul> <h4>Preferred qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Ability to work well with senior management and across functions to achieve business objectives.</li> <li>Self-starter who is action oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency.</li> </ul> <h4>Belong, connect and grow at KBR</h4> <p>At KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
