<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>Position Summary The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.<br> This role requires a seasoned professional with proven managerial experience in operations, warehouse management, financial control, and team leadership.<br> The Branch Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, implementing performance systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.<br> Key Responsibilities Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives.<br> Oversee warehouse and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.<br> Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures, KPIs, and performance systems.<br> Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.<br> Manage budgets, financial controls, and ensure compliance with company policies.<br> Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for branch staff.<br> Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.<br> Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and operational excellence.<br> Qualifications Proven experience in Operations Management at a managerial level.<br> Strong background in Warehouse and Inventory Management.<br> Demonstrated Leadership and People Management skills.<br> Solid expertise in Financial Management and Budget Control.<br> Hands-on managerial experience with direct responsibility for teams and business performance.<br> Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.<br> Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and monitoring systems.<br> Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.<br> Language proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written).<br></span> </div>
