Thus, under the Building Equitable and Inclusive Transformation (BEIT) project, funded by the European Union and implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in partnership with the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) and the International Trade Centre (ITC), the ILO has initiated technical cooperation to support the establishment of a National Public Works Programme. This programme is sector-focused and designed to leverage governmental investment funds to ensure sustainability of decent work opportunities while creating synergies with various social protection systems in order to advance national development and economic objectives. During 2024 and 2025, the ILO made significant progress across several key areas: engaging relevant stakeholders through broad national policy and technical consultations to develop a comprehensive roadmap for the National Public Works Programme; establishing a governance structure, including a Steering Committee and Technical Working Group, to provide strategic and technical guidance for the programme s design and implementation; strengthening national capacities at both technical and policymaking levels through training and study tours on international good practices and initiating the development of two operational guidelines with sectoral focus on infrastructure and green jobs. The draft operational guidelines shall be developed in close coordination with the NPWP governance structure to ensure government ownership, technical validation, and alignment with national priorities and policy directions. In this context, an online preliminary consultation session is proposed to present the draft guidelines, facilitate technical discussions with relevant stakeholders, and collect initial feedback and recommendations prior to finalization. Purpose for this Service: The Service Provider is responsible for providing event management services for an online workshop. The Service Provider shall act as a single point of contact, ensure seamless coordination, and manage all operational aspects including contingency planning. Job Duties Under broad direction from the Senior Petrophysics Advisor and the IAM leadership and with support from engineering and operations staff across all Halliburton product service lines (PSLs), the Petrophysics Advisor works within a senior, multi-discipline petrotechnical team to develop and apply advanced formation evaluation techniques in support of the evaluation and development of potentially large and challenging oil and gas field development projects for potential investment by IAM. The Petrophysics Advisor will support Technical Asset Team evaluation work by providing both qualitative and quantitative analysis of data relevant to formation evaluation and reservoir characterization. This evaluation work will require integration of information derived from various sources including open and cased hole well logs, mud logs, sidewall cores, full cores, RFT/MDT pressure test/fluid samples, mini-fracs, Diagnostic Fracture Injectivity Tests, and geochem analysis. They manage teams of technicians or operators, maintain equipment, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards. This role is common in industries like oil and gas, petrochemicals, and manufacturing.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Core Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></span></p><br><ul> <li><span>Supervise daily production, blending, and chemical injection activities, ensuring they meet company standards and schedules. </span></li> <li><span>Enforce strict compliance with safety policies, including the use of PPE, and ensure adherence to environmental regulations and ISO standards </span></li> <li><span>Manage, train, and mentor production team members, including conducting performance appraisals and providing technical guidance. </span></li> <li><span>Oversee the maintenance and repair of injection pumps, equipment, and tools, ensuring minimal downtime. </span></li> <li><span>Monitor raw material stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure products are sampled and tested according to Quality Plans. </span></li> <li><span>Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly production reports, including documentation on chemical usage, inventory, and performance metrics</span></li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><p><strong>What makes you remarkable? </strong></p><br><p>At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team. It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. </p><br><p><strong>Expected:</strong></p><br><ul> <li>The individual will be asked to provide assistance to maintain and upkeep of chemical skids in the degassing station plants and outside the plant battery limits. </li> <li>They shall do routine monitoring, surveillance viz. daily checking and reporting the dosage rates, tank fills, condition monitoring, pump conditions, any leaks/weeps/seeps. </li> <li>Monitor the condition of solar panels and battery conditions for the solar skids. </li> <li>They shall do minor preventive and corrective maintenance work for the upkeep of the chemical skids. </li> <li>They shall follow approved maintenance procedures. </li> <li>Minimum 7- 10 Years experience working with Chemical skids.</li></ul> </div>
