<p>Purpose and Scope: Supervise the Maintenance cycle to ensure satisfactory completion of the program objectives. Essential Responsibilities: Supervises all maintenance operations for assigned equipment in accordance with applicable PWS, Company policies, OSHA, DOT, ANSI, ASME and applicable military regulations. Supervises shop foreman and mechanics to include vacation planning, discipline, conducting performance evaluations, and training. Establishes job priorities and estimates down time. Coordinates work flow for downed equipment waiting for parts to minimize backlog of work and cost to customer division. Provides direct support to internal/external customers to ensure compliance, tracking efficiency, burn rates, equipment usage and maximizing cost avoidance measures. Supervises the recovery operations of MHE, VE, CE, Heavy and Light vehicle maintenance throughout assigned area of operation. Coordinates the proper administration, maintenance and distribution of approved publications, warranty documentation, and LDD and ECOD documentation. Provides input to management for forecasting and monitoring of the stock levels for required service/repair parts and petroleum. Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of all required plans and reports. Maintains effective lines of formal and informal communication amongst all levels of management (and the customer) as required. Coordinates collection and preparation of activity reports. Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities required per the preventive maintenance program. Responsible to provide for and enforce guidelines to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all assigned employees. Acts as the POC for all maintenance issues in the absence of the Maintenance Manager. Monitors team development and ensures the execution of performance evaluations in accordance with DI policy. Conduct site visits to establish professional relationships with maintenance teams, site personnel, and the customer as needed. <p>Reports to the Nominated Project Maintenance Supervisor. As directed, leads or carries out maintenance of field instrumentation such as field measuring & indicating devices transmitters, control valves, emergency shutdown valves, motor operated valves, flame sensors and vibration probes loading arm instruments, gas & steam turbine, compressor and burner management instrumentations system to retain them in functional and good operating order for reliable performance with minimum or no supervision. Ensures compliance with PPM requirements and prepares records of validation/calibration data and details of maintenance activities carried out. Guide instrument technicians for effective execution of jobs in time and achieving appropriate standard of work. Communicates with supervisor, maintenance technicians, and operations and provides feedback on job progress. Evaluates and reports on maintenance needs and priorities in his area of responsibility. Reviews work notifications, manages work orders and provides details of maintenance activities. Leads diagnosis and repair of faults & breakdowns and reports operational and functional problems to supervisor and carries out remedial action under supervisor s direction. <li>Two years of experience in related field can be substituted for each year of college.</li>

<li>Prefer at least three years in a maintenance supervisor environment.</li>
<li>Understanding of organizational maintenance and supply concepts and procedures.</li>
<li>Understanding of maintenance production, production control and knowledge of U.S. Army maintenance support systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of MHE, heavy truck and/or heavy equipment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of equipment parts acquisition, warranty, LDD, and ECOD submissions.</li>
