It requires liaising between contractors, suppliers, and owners, monitoring the implementation of key construction phases, and ensuring quality across interior and exterior works.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the team to understand design specs and create detailed finishing schedules.</li><li>Assist in developing and managing the finishing budget, tracking expenses and variances.</li><li>Source, procure, and inspect materials for quality and compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors and owners, securing material samples and reviewing offers.</li><li>Act as a liaison between design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers; provide regular updates.</li><li>Oversee project implementation, including contractor offers, scheduling, planning, and material approval.
