Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports covering device sales, stock, shipments, and KPIs. Track and monitor device inventory aging and stock levels, highlighting issues and following up for resolution. Follow up on logistics shipments, ensuring timely updates on delivery, clearance, and warehouse availability. Maintain shipment and stock tracking files, ensuring up-to-date and accurate reporting. Track and follow up on finance processes (invoices, payments, approvals), ensuring timely completion. Monitor and follow up on internal PR processes, ensuring approvals are completed without delays. Support device order tracking on OEM platforms (e.g., Apple Supply), ensuring visibility on order status and timelines. Prepare and submit OEM reports and forecasting templates, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Manage and follow up on item code creation and ERP product setup, ensuring accurate configuration and timely activation aligned with launches. Provide basic analysis on performance, aging, and stock movement, highlighting key issues and trends.
