<p><h4>Position purpose</h4>
<p>The civil construction lead is responsible for leading and coordinating civil construction activities across assigned projects and work fronts, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, schedule, quality standards and HSE requirements. The role provides day-to-day leadership to civil construction supervisors and contractors and acts as the primary civil construction focal point reporting to the construction manager.</p>
<h4>Key accountabilities / responsibilities</h4>

<li>Review construction work packs, method statements, risk assessments and constructability requirements prior to execution.</li>
<li>Monitor contractor performance, productivity and physical progress against the approved construction schedule.</li>
<li>Identify construction constraints, interfaces and potential delays and coordinate their timely resolution.</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with engineering, HSE, QA/QC, planning, operations, commissioning and other disciplines.</li>
<li>Ensure construction activities comply with approved IFC drawings, specifications, applicable codes and project quality requirements.</li>
<li>Raise and coordinate technical queries where site conditions, constructability issues or design conflicts are identified.</li>
<li>Participate in site inspections, safety audits, quality inspections, construction reviews and coordination meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate reporting of physical progress and provide construction input to look-ahead schedules and progress reports.</li>
<li>Coordinate interfaces between multiple contractors and disciplines, particularly where work is undertaken within or adjacent to operational facilities.</li>
<li>Support system completion, punch-list closeout, mechanical completion, handover and commissioning activities.</li>
<li>Ensure appropriate site records and construction documentation are maintained.</li>
<li>Support the construction manager in establishing priorities, allocating resources and managing contractor performance.</li>

<h4>Education</h4>

<p><strong>1- Reporting & Analysis</strong><br>
<li>Collect and validate progress data from various project disciplines (engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, etc.).</li>
<li>Prepare and update weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.</li>
<li>Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including physical progress, productivity, and forecasted completion dates.</li>
<li>Support the Planning & Reporting Manager in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and traceability of reporting documentation across all project phases.</li></p>
<p><strong>2- HSE & Risk Reporting</strong><br>
<li>Monitor and report HSE performance indicators (e.g., LTIs, TRIR, safety observations) in coordination with HSE teams.</li>
<li>Maintain and update HSE dashboards and integrate safety metrics into overall project reporting.</li>
<li>Assist in compiling and presenting periodic risk assessments and mitigation tracking.</li></p>
<p><strong>3- Systems & Tools</strong><br>
<li>Use reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project control systems to generate visualizations and reports.</li>
<li>Ensure data integrity and alignment between planning, cost control, and reporting systems.</li></p>
<p><strong>4- Documentation & Compliance</strong><br>
<li>Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies, BOC, and project standards for reporting procedures.</li>
<li>Support audits, reviews, and project evaluations by providing accurate and timely reporting documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, Cost Control, Contracts, HSE) to ensure reporting accuracy.</li></p>
<p><strong>5- Information Management & Digitalization</strong><br>
<li>Lead project information management and digitalization activities.</li>
<li>Supervise the Information Management Assistant and oversee project information, data, and records management.</li>
<li>Ensure information quality, consistency, accessibility, and traceability across all project stakeholders.</li>
<li>Coordinate information exchange between Company and Contractors.</li>
<li>Support and optimize digital tools and platforms, including SharePoint, Power BI, and document management systems.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project data repositories, dashboards, and reporting systems.</li></p>
<h4>Context and environment</h4>
<p>TotalEnergies is acting as contractor to BOC. After the completion of the project, the facilities will be handed over to BOC for operation.</p>
<h4>Accountabilities</h4>
<p>The Reporting Engineer is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting project performance data while ensuring effective information management and digital collaboration across the CSSP project. The role drives reporting excellence, supports project digitalization initiatives, supervises the Information Management Assistant, and ensures that project information is accurate, accessible, integrated, and available to support timely decision-making across all stakeholders.</p>
<h4>Qualifications / Experience required</h4>
<li>Degree in engineering, data analytics, or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in project reporting within large-scale industrial or oil & gas projects.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and data visualization skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).</li>
<li>Experience in information management or project data management.</li>
<li>Understanding of data governance and information quality principles.</li>
<li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure environment.</li>
<li>Experience in engineering/construction commercial or contracts administration role.</li>
<li>Ability to listen to and understand the signals and queries from various interlocutors.</li>

<h4>Job description - Construction supervisor – civil</h4>

<p>KBR is looking for a civil construction supervisor for 28/28 rotation to be based in Iraq.</p>
<h4>Accountabilities and expectations:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Single point responsible for the safe execution of the defined work scope in the plant area.</li>
<li>Understand and be responsible for managing the site safety rules for the defined plant area.</li>
<li>Understand and be responsible for the scope to be executed including all the interfaces and safety requirements.</li>
<li>The work scope can be a complete new multi-discipline area or a single discipline scope passing through numerous operational areas. Clear communication and understanding between operations and the construction team is paramount. The scope is managed, controlled and risk assessed by the permit to work.</li>
<li>Can be responsible for managing a dedicated contractor workforce in the area or be part of an integrated team managing a combined resourced construction/commissioning team.</li>
<li>Participate in site safety audits regarding work execution, permits, work site standards and workforce knowledge of the work.</li>
<li>Ensure a fully briefed workforce and operational staff including valid permits and risk assessments.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate progress reporting of physical scope completion not based on man-hour estimate.</li>
<li>Ensure raising technical queries associated with site design/operational changes.</li>
<li>Ensure planning mobilization of vendors to ensure minimal non-productive time for these expensive personnel.</li>
<li>Responsible for minimizing non-productive time of work execution by ensuring scope preparation is completed before mobilization of main workforce, material is on site, design scopes are approved and understood, surveys have been completed to confirm proposed execution is doable.</li>
<li>Timely approval of construction work packs and associated safety certificates as authorized engineer.</li>
<li>Participate in joint walk downs of systems for handover to commissioning and operations.</li>
<li>Support the commissioning department for functional commissioning.</li>
<li>Ensure all action items as stipulated by interface and SIMOPS memoranda of understanding with external entities and internal disciplines.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Education</h4>
<p>Bachelor's or diploma degree, i.e. civil</p>
<h4>Experience and skill set</h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil and gas related projects</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil and gas project delivery in a multi-discipline workforce</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team building skills</li>
