<p><h4>Position overview</h4>
<p>The Performance Management Specialist, Lead will be based at one of three Amentum sites in Iraq and serve the Operations, Baghdad Life Support (BLiSS), and Operations Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for the tracking and management of contract performance, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The Performance Management Lead will report to the PMO Operations Manager in the management of multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract.</p>

This will include developing and implementing the company’s business strategies to achieve the company’s business needs and goals. </p><br><br><p>You will have ultimate responsibility and accountability on behalf of the Provider for the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System (SMS) throughout the organization; have the authority to ensure the allocation of resources necessary to manage safety risks to ground operations; have responsibility and accountability for ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the Provider; you will be responsible to ensure compliance with the policies & practices set by the Head Office and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities.
